So many people have difficulty sleeping. Whilst some have full on chronic insomnia many others just don't get enough good, quality sleep. We all feel much better when we sleep well and relaxing and switching off our busy mind is one part of this journey to good sleep. One way to help you relax is by listening to a simple children's story which can help you to calm down your mind and your body at the end of your day.
I am reading this story to you at a slower pace than I would read to you during the day in order to help your mind to slow down so that it can more easily move into the slower brain wave pattern of sleep.
Some people also take time in their day to stop and relax and listen to a chapter of this story knowing that the purposse is to relax. It's something that they look forward to and it's good to take time in your day for yourself to relax and unwind so that at night time it's easier to relax just that little bit more.
