Episode Summary: The Alpha, the Omega, and Eternal Life (Pages 279-309)
This chapter explores the sacred cycles of beginnings and endings, offering comfort and wisdom to anyone navigating loss or seeking a deeper purpose behind the human experience. While we often think of life and death as opposites—one to be celebrated and the other to be feared—this teaching invites us to see them as partners in the soul’s journey. By embracing both, we can find greater peace, presence, and freedom.
Key Themes:
* Life and death are not opposing forces but interconnected cycles in the soul’s evolution.
* Every birth contains an ending, just as every ending creates a new beginning.
* Love does not disappear after loss—it transforms and takes on a new form.
* Our feelings cannot be solved through logic; they must be felt and processed to move through them.
* The Divine is not a force of suffering or punishment but of peace—we can access this when we surrender to the greater flow of life.
The Nature of Beginnings and Endings
We all come into this world knowing that we will one day leave it. This is not a tragedy—it is part of the Divine design. Without endings, there could be no beginnings.
* A mother must release her former identity when she gives birth to a child.
* When a loved one passes, those left behind must release the life they knew with them.
* The grief we feel in loss is proof of the love we have shared.
* Beginnings and endings hold both light and void—fear, love, grief, and transformation are all part of the same sacred cycle.
The Conflict Between the Mind and the Heart
One of the greatest challenges we face is the tension between our thoughts and feelings:
* The mind seeks logic and control, but the heart speaks the language of energy and emotion.
* We often try to reason through emotions, but feelings cannot be solved like a problem; they must be moved through.
* True peace comes when we learn to balance the mind and heart, embracing presence instead of overanalyzing.
Yeshua’s presence is not about fear, suffering, or burden—those are constructs of the human mind. Divine energy is peace, and we can tap into this by surrendering control and trusting in something greater than ourselves.
Understanding the Layers of Awareness
To better navigate our human experience, we are shown three levels of awareness:
* Thoughts (Lowest Vibration) – The mind’s attempt to process the external world.
* Feelings and Emotions (Higher Vibration) – More aligned with the Light, connected to energy and intuition.
* Intuition and Presence (Highest Vibration) – A deep knowing, the soul’s wisdom, and direct connection to the Divine.
Yet, we often give the lowest vibration—our thoughts—the most power. This chapter invites us to reset, allowing intuition and presence to lead, bringing harmony even through grief, birth, and sudden change.
Finding Peace in Life and Death
Loss is often seen as something to fear, yet it is part of the balance of creation. Nothing reminds us of the power of love more than loss itself.
* When we lose someone, it feels like a part of us is gone—but in reality, they shift from being beside us to being within us.
* The grief we experience is not about something being taken from us; rather, it is an expansion of love.
* The Divine does not wish for us to carry burdens; instead, we are invited to lay them down and find peace in faith and forgiveness.
The Sacred Cycle of Life and Death
This chapter shares the cycle of our physical existence:
* Upon birth, our spirit descends from the infinite, while our physical form rises from the earth.
* Upon death, our spirit ascends back to the infinite, and our body returns to the earth.
* We do not cease to exist; we simply transition into a new way of being.
* This is why we can still feel the presence of loved ones who have passed—they are still with us, just in a different form.
Hope, Balance, and the Gift of Peace
The Divine carries hope for us, just as we carry hope for our loved ones. But true hope is not about avoiding suffering—it is about seeking peace.
* Yeshua does not exist to save us from death or struggle but to help us find balance.
* When we restore balance between the mind and heart, everything shifts.
* If we wish to find Yeshua, we do not need more knowledge or service—we need balance.
Lessons on Grief and Eternal Connection
Grief is an awakening—an invitation to form a new relationship with the ones we have lost. Love is eternal, and our connections remain unbroken.
* Each ending contains a new beginning; grief and love are intertwined.
* We are whole, even when we feel empty.
* Loss is not final—it is a transformation of presence.
* We are encouraged to move through grief with simplicity, not resistance. True wisdom emerges from allowing what is, rather than trying to control it.
What Happens When We Die?
This chapter offers a perspective on the moment of death:
* The soul reunites with its whole self, freed from the limits of the body.
* All memories and experiences transform into light and understanding.
* We experience a return to love and balance, a reunion with those who came before us.
At the moment of passing, our relationships do not end; they transcend time and space, becoming woven into our spirit.
Key Takeaway
Every loss plants seeds of light within us. Our journey is not about avoiding grief—it is about walking through it with an open heart. Love does not disappear; it simply changes form.
Reflection:When loss creates a void, that space is not empty—it is an opening where light can enter.

Episode Summary: Polarity, Resistance, and Transcending Doubt (Pages 252-276)
In this chapter, we explore the dualities within ourselves—our Yeshua self, which embodies love and light, and our Lucifer self, which resists change and clings to fear. By recognizing these aspects, we gain a deeper understanding of how our personal struggles mirror collective challenges and how our resistance to growth reflects the tension in the world around us. Transformation is not a single moment but a gradual process of awakening to our true nature. Through the lens of light and void, we learn to navigate our inner polarities, make conscious choices, and contribute positively, even in times of uncertainty.
Key Themes:
* Light is not fading; rather, our connection to it can wane. It is up to us to stay connected.
* As light grows within us, resistance often increases. Our old belief systems struggle to hold on.
* The world mirrors our internal struggles—resistance to change, collective division, and the cycles of power.
* We are responsible for our own peace and how we engage with transformation.
Navigating Inner Resistance
Resistance to growth is natural. This chapter explores how resistance manifests:
* Love-nots—the mental and emotional knots we carry—can feel heavier when transformation begins.
* When belief systems collapse, there is often panic and a rush to regain control.
* The pendulum of power swings back and forth, without real progress, when change is resisted instead of embraced.
* We are encouraged not to get lost in choosing sides but instead to move beyond judgment and into a place of awareness and unity.
The Balance of Healthy and Unhealthy Resistance
We are invited to reflect: Should we resist at all?
* Healthy resistance is about discernment—it allows us to pause, explore, and proceed with wisdom.
* Unhealthy resistance comes from fear and an unwillingness to accept change.
* The Divine is making it impossible to stay in resistance. The more we cling to old patterns, the harder the shift feels.
Fear of Love, Fear of Fear
Many of us fear love itself because loving means risking loss. Yet love is our true nature. We are encouraged to ask: Will we fear love, or will we love fear?
* The Divine loves us in all states—joy, peace, judgment, and separation alike.
* Choosing love over fear is essential to our path.
Understanding the Yeshua and Lucifer Self
Within each of us are two aspects:
* The Yeshua Self is aligned with Divine will, love, and peace. It seeks unity and trust.
* The Lucifer Self clings to control, fear, and separation. It thrives in division and the illusion of dominance.
Rather than rejecting one and clinging to the other, we are called to recognize when we are operating from our Lucifer self and gently guide ourselves back into the light.
Resurrection as a Process of Awakening
Resurrection is not a single event; it is an unfolding journey of consciousness:
* Descent: The movement into form and ego identity.
* Awakening: Recognizing our higher nature and stepping into our true path.
* Realization: The return to Divine consciousness.
We may experience many mini-resurrections in life—each moment we choose awareness, presence, and truth, we realign with our highest self.
What Do You Wish to Contribute?
We are invited to consider: What are we contributing to life?
* Are we creating and engaging with love, presence, and peace?
* Or are we lost in distractions, judgments, and fleeting pursuits?
By being mindful of our words, actions, and energy, we can step into conscious creation rather than reactive existence.
Key Takeaway
Both light and the void are our sacred teachers. When we recognize our Yeshua and Lucifer selves as part of our growth, we stop resisting and begin to flow with divine balance. Through conscious choice, we return—moment by moment—to our authentic selves.
Reflection:Each time we choose love over fear, presence over distraction, and peace over division, we resurrect into our truest self.

Episode Summary: The Spectrum of Spirit (Pages 227-251)
We often think of light and darkness as opposites, but what if they are not in conflict at all? This chapter explores how the light and the void are complementary forces, working together in perfect balance to support our spiritual growth.
Key Themes:
* The void is not something to fear but rather a space of limitless possibilities and transformation.
* Light and the void are interconnected parts of creation, and embracing both is essential for spiritual evolution.
* We are both of the Creator and creators ourselves, holding the divine spark within us.
* The mastery of this reality comes from recognizing that we are the dreamers of our lives, able to consciously create rather than live in reaction.
* We are in a time of great change, and our choices will shape the future. Navigating this transformation with trust and surrender allows for greater peace.
* The balance of masculine and feminine energy is key to our collective evolution.
Exploring Fear: The Void vs. The Light
We are asked to reflect: What do I fear more? The Void or the Light?
* Fear of the Void often relates to issues of safety, security, control, failure, judgment, and abandonment.
* Fear of the Light is more about self-worth, trust, deservingness, and fear of rejection.
* The void and light are not opposing forces but rather two aspects of the same truth.
* If our fear is about the outcome, it often points to resistance toward changing our personal narrative.
* If we fear losing control or surrendering to truth, we are already evolving beyond the illusion of self.
Spiritual Evolution and Environmental Responsibility
This chapter also highlights our responsibility to Gaia, the Earth, as an integral part of our transformation.
* Our disconnection from the natural world creates imbalances that must be healed.
* True service involves holding the light for others, offering guidance without expectation, and contributing to the healing of our collective consciousness.
Key Takeaway
The light and the void are not opposing forces but work in harmony. The void, though often misunderstood, is a space of limitless potential where transformation begins. By embracing both, we align with our highest spiritual path.
Reflection:When you find yourself in the void, call the light to you. When you stand in the light, welcome the void. Either way, you are exactly where you need to be.

Episode Summary: Clarity, Part Two (Pages 218–233)
This chapter continues the conversation around the energy of clarity—but now, we look deeper. We explore what happens when clarity feels out of reach, when we’re lost in uncertainty, or afraid to face what is already being revealed. Clarity, as we learn here, isn’t about knowing what will happen next—it’s about aligning with presence, truth, and love, even when the path ahead isn’t clear.
This is Clarity, Part Two.
Key Themes
* Clarity Requires Trust – When we feel unclear, it’s often because we’re impatient or afraid.
* The Soul is Not Linear – Clarity unfolds on soul time, not mind time.
* Truth Before Certainty – We’re called to accept truth, even when it challenges us.
* Reclaiming the Rejected Self – Clarity comes when we embrace all parts of who we are.
Fear, Resistance, and the Search for Clarity
When we’re grasping for clarity, it’s rarely because it’s not available. More often, it’s because we’re:
* Rushing to force a timeline that isn’t ready.
* Avoiding a truth we’re afraid to acknowledge.
* Listening to fear instead of presence.
“Lack of clarity isn’t about clarity. It is about safety and security in the face of change.”
We seek certainty to feel safe—but clarity isn’t about control. It’s about being in harmony with what is, and letting go of resistance so our soul can lead the way.
Truth Simplifies
Even when truth is inconvenient or painful, it brings clarity. When we resist it, we create confusion. But when we allow truth to rise, the fog begins to lift. This is where presence and surrender become our allies.
Whether we’re facing a dark night of the soul or simply unsure about a decision—we are reminded: Love is not convenient. But it is always guiding us home.
Clarity & Self-Worth
Another reason clarity can feel elusive? We’re rejecting parts of ourselves.
When we believe we’re not enough—not worthy, not successful, not lovable—we create internal separation. This clouds our ability to see clearly. We project our insecurities onto relationships, decisions, and desires.
“How can you expect others to honor your worth when you cannot honor your own?”
We’re being asked to reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve abandoned. To call them home. To stop handing others the power to decide when we are lovable.
The Two Temples
Yeshua shares a powerful metaphor in this chapter:
* One temple is built on fear, control, and illusion. It promises much, but enslaves the spirit.
* The other is the temple of the Divine—a space of inner communion, humility, truth, and peace.
We are being asked to choose. Which temple will we stand in?
“The longer we spend in one, the harder it is to leave.”
Discernment is key. Notice what brings peace. Notice what causes dissonance. Let your soul—not your fear—decide.
How to Invite Clarity
* Be willing to see the truth, even if it’s not what your mind wants.
* Practice patience. Trust divine timing.
* Reclaim your whole self—including the parts you’ve rejected.
* Choose to align with love, not fear.
“Peace is a choice.”
As we step into this new era, both individually and collectively, our choices matter more than ever. Clarity is not just something we receive—it’s something we become.
A Practice for This Week
At the end of this chapter, Yeshua offers:
* Read The Freedom Prayer (Page 229)
* A meditation to help integrate the teaching
Take time with both. Let the words and energy move through you.

Episode Summary: Clarity, Part One (Pages 210–218)
This chapter is about the energy of clarity—and the deep desire so many of us carry to simply know what to do, where to go, and how to move forward. As Yeshua teaches, clarity is the most commonly requested gift from the Divine. Yet, it’s not always given in the way we expect. We learn that true clarity doesn’t arrive through external validation or certainty about the future—but through presence, patience, and our willingness to see what is.
This is Clarity, Part One.
Key Themes
* Clarity is Always Available – It’s not something we chase—it’s something we see when we’re present.
* Presence Over Knowing – The joy of life is not in knowing everything, but in experiencing the mystery.
* Free Will & Divine Timing – The unknown honors our soul’s journey and growth.
* Truth and Acceptance – Clarity arises when we’re willing to see what we’ve resisted or denied.
The Nature of Clarity
We often say, “I just want someone to tell me what to do.” And yet, as we learn here, if we were handed the entire roadmap of our life, it would strip us of the very things we came to Earth to embody: free will, choice, wonder, and growth.
If we had full clarity from the start, we would miss the sacred process of revelation.
Yeshua reminds us that clarity is not about knowing everything. It’s about being with what is.
Why Clarity May Be Clouded
The chapter identifies three common reasons clarity may feel elusive:
* Impatience – We want answers before the soul is ready to reveal them.
* Misplaced Focus – We seek clarity in one area, while the soul is guiding us to another.
* Resistance to Truth – We don’t want to accept the truth being revealed, especially when it differs from what the mind desires.
We’re encouraged to allow truth—even if we’re not ready to act on it. The more we surrender to what is, the more clarity flows in unexpected and miraculous ways.
“You cannot have clarity when you are not in reality.”
Fantasy vs. Reality
We are asked to notice when we’re living in fantasy rather than reality.
Where are you spending your time?
* Scrolling endlessly through social media?
* Avoiding hard conversations?
* Chasing outer validation instead of inner peace?
When we drift into fantasy, clarity becomes distorted. But when we ground ourselves in presence, the fog begins to lift.
The Role of Free Will
Clarity cannot—and will not—override our free will. That’s part of the sacred contract we made with the Divine. If we knew everything, we wouldn’t choose anything.
We must be willing to live in the space between the known and the unknown. That’s where miracles unfold.
How to Receive Clarity
* Lighten your vibration.
* Simplify your life.
* Stay present.
* Release control.
* Trust the unfolding.
We are reminded that when we act from a place of love and integrity—even when clarity isn’t fully formed—we build the path to tomorrow, one faithful step at a time.
“The clarity you truly seek is how to more deeply realize, feel, and serve through that clear embodiment of Love through Truth and acceptance.”
A Practice for This Week
Toward the end of this chapter, Yeshua offers a meditation and two journaling prompts:
* What is it you wish to be clear on right now?
* Are you willing to allow the clarity to arrive in its own way and time—not as your mind wants it, but as your soul needs it?
Let the answers rise through your writing. Be honest. Be patient. The clarity will come.

Episode Summary: The Power of Perception (Pages 197–209)
This chapter is about the energy of moving mountains. The key message: “Love moves mountains.”
We’re invited to examine how our perception of mountains—life’s internal and external challenges—either keeps us stuck or allows us to move forward. Our mountains may look like health issues, relationship struggles, financial burdens, or self-doubt. But the message here is clear: it’s not about the mountain—it’s about how we see it, engage with it, and whether we choose to align with Divine Love, which holds the power to move all things.
This is The Power of Perception.
Key Themes
* Perception Shapes Reality – Mountains grow or shrink based on our consciousness and how we choose to view them.
* Love Moves Mountains – Divine Love, not control or fear, is the force that transforms obstacles.
* Presence Over Projection – We are called to stay rooted in the present moment to avoid creating unnecessary burdens.
* Soul-Led Transformation – Our soul—not our ego—knows how to move what seems immovable.
Mountains and Perception
Mountains aren’t obstacles meant to defeat us—they’re invitations to rise. But when we carry burdens like shame, guilt, or control, even a small hill can feel like a massive summit.
The way to shift that? Awareness and Love. Our soul and spirit possess the power to transform how we experience what’s in front of us. When we align with the Divine, we stop magnifying our problems and start witnessing them as part of our evolution.
Ask yourself: Where is my focus? Are you projecting into the future, holding onto the past, or present with what is?
We learn: some mountains are meant to be moved, others are simply meant to be seen.
Avoidance and Attachment
When we avoid addressing small issues—financial tasks, health check-ins, relationship healing—they begin to grow. What was once a molehill becomes a mountain because we’ve fed it with delay, fear, or avoidance.
Presence allows us to discern: Is this a true mountain or a perceived one?
Through consciousness, we can untangle ourselves from the unnecessary burdens we’ve stitched into our identity.
Love Shifts All Things
Love doesn’t view mountains as problems. Love created mountains. Love moves mountains.
When we perceive our lives through a lens of Love, what once felt heavy can become holy. Instead of seeing our challenges as punishment, we begin to see them as part of our soul’s transformation.
As it says in the book: “See what there is to see without attaching to solutions and outcome.”
When truth is revealed, don’t fall into shame or regret—celebrate it. The revelation of truth means Love is growing within you.
Owning Our Mountains
What burdens are you still carrying? What are you unwilling to release?
The Freedom Transmissions teaches us that when we cling to old wounds, false identities, or outdated beliefs, we reinforce the mountains we wish to move. But when we surrender and trust, movement happens.
Yeshua reminds us that our soul knows how to move mountains. Not through effort or striving, but through surrender and Love.
“If we are authentic to our inner process… Yeshua will move what needs to be moved in the external.”
Living Without Armor
We learn that we often wear armor to appear as if we have it all together—but this armor keeps us disconnected and alone.
Courage comes through letting it go.
As Yeshua says: “Being naked in [our] whole self is a rarity within this world that hopefully will become more of the norm in times to come.”
The time has come to embrace your whole self—vulnerable, real, and evolving. Let go of appearances and false perfection.
Yeshua invites us to “come together” in wholeness, not to pretend we have it all together.
The Invitation of Love
* Some mountains are meant to be moved.
* Some are meant to be witnessed.
* All are invitations to choose Love.
When the mind says, “This is too much,” Love says, “Watch me move.” When the mind says, “I don’t know how,” Love says, “I already made the way.” When the mind says, “I will wait,” Love says, “Now.”
The power of perception is this: how we see determines how we move.
Choose to see through Love—and everything shifts.
Key Takeaways
* Mountains are shaped by perception—Love transforms them.
* Resistance builds mountains; surrender allows movement.
* Armor is not strength—vulnerability is courage.
* We are each a moving mountain, in motion with the Divine.

Episode Summary: The Freedom of Be-ing (Pages 172-194)
In this chapter, we explore the fundamental choice each of us faces—whether to align with our true divine nature, our "wheat-self," or remain trapped in the illusion of separation, our "chaff identity."
Our choices about how we connect to ourselves, others, and the Divine either lead us toward authentic freedom or keep us bound in patterns of seeking and wanting. This chapter reveals that true freedom comes not from doing whatever we want, but from being what we truly are—our essence. Healing happens through reintegrating lost aspects of self while learning to trust divine timing and support. We’re being asked to look at this deeply because it affects us both individually and as a collective.
Key Themes
* Freedom vs. Servitude – Unstitching from anything that keeps us bound to ego identity.
* Chaff Identity vs. Wheat-Self – The illusion-self keeps us in fear, while our true self welcomes change and co-creation with the Divine.
* Reintegrating Lost Aspects of Self – Healing trauma and reclaiming fragmented parts of our soul.
* Trusting the Divine Process – Learning to surrender to transformation and divine timing.
The Illusion of the Chaff Identity
* The chaff-identity, or illusion-self, is driven by fear and the need for external validation.
* It seeks power, safety, and control while rejecting divine connection.
* This imbalance leaves us feeling dissatisfied, disconnected, and in a cycle of wanting rather than gratitude.
* It creates what the text calls "thought bubbles" and "fear prisons," clouding our perception with defensiveness and external energy absorption.
* When we allow this identity to dominate, we become susceptible to love knots—splits within ourselves that fragment our experience of wholeness.
The Power of the Wheat-Self
* The wheat-self, or divine self, is not attached to form identity.
* It welcomes change, honors its needs, and serves its purpose through its unique essence.
* Unlike the chaff-identity, the wheat-self is not defined by the outer world—it is rooted in divine truth and freedom.
Reintegrating Lost Aspects of Self
* Trauma can cause aspects of our wheat-self to fragment, moving into our spirit body until we are ready to reintegrate them.
* These lost aspects might include joy, innocence, peace, or even specific memories.
* When we are ready to reclaim them, our soul calls in profound change to restore our wholeness.
* This process invites us to:
* Recognize when we’re operating from illusion versus truth.
* Reclaim and reintegrate fragmented parts of ourselves.
* Trust the process, even without intellectual understanding.
* Let go of self-pity and open to divine support.
Embracing Transformation
* As we move back into wholeness, we may no longer feel drawn to certain people, places, or activities.
* This is a natural process—new, healthier connections begin to form as we align with our true self.
* Each day becomes an opportunity to deepen our connection to the divine within us.
The Era of Profound Transformation
* The traumas surfacing now are soul traumas, beyond the mind and heart.
* We are being called to greater accountability—to see and accept truths we may have previously ignored.
* Yeshua tells us: "You are being freed to live a soul-based life."
* This is a time of transcendence that doesn’t require pain, but it does require presence and surrender.
* The choice before us is clear: Will we stay fragmented, or will we become one streaming consciousness of wheat?
Navigating the Path Ahead
* The world is burdened by a culture of want—now is the time to refine commitments and leave space for what truly matters.
* The text warns that change will soon become more difficult to suppress. What has been repressed within us—and within the Earth—will rise.
* “All we need to know is that we will know what we need to know when it's time.”
* Trust in divine timing and lean into the support of community—come-unity—as we step into new realities together.
Passion & Authenticity
* We are being asked to strip away illusions and embrace transparency.
* Imbalanced passion: Arrogance, exhaustion, and self-absorption.
* Balanced passion: Grace, authenticity, and divine alignment.
* Yeshua tells us that passion not aligned with spirit will become increasingly unsustainable.
* When we experience true passion through our wheat-self, it flows so naturally that we never want to stop.
Key Takeaways
* Let go of what no longer serves. Release old energy, behaviors, and beliefs that keep you bound.
* Embody the Light. Step into your wheat-self and allow your true self to shine.
* Your path may be the road less traveled. It requires humility, courage, and trust, but you are not alone.
* Freedom is not about doing whatever you want—it is about being what you are.

Episode Summary: The Liberation from Longing (Pages 162-171)
The theme and focus of this chapter are about how we become trapped in patterns of wanting—constantly seeking external validation, possessions, and acceptance to feel complete. The offering here reveals how these very longings end up owning us through our fears and attachments. We are reminded of a fundamental truth we often forget: we already are whole and complete just as we are. True liberation comes not from acquiring more but from releasing our attachments to external belongings and recognizing that we already belong to something greater: the Divine. Through this process, we learn how to become free from the servitude of longing and from waiting for something outside ourselves to make us feel whole.
Key Themes
* Breaking Free from the Cycle of Longing – Understanding how external seeking keeps us bound in limitation.
* Ownership vs. Belonging – Releasing attachments to external possessions and validation.
* True Belonging – Recognizing that we already belong to the Divine.
* Faith, Forgiveness, and Freedom – The keys to transcending fear and attachment.
The Burden of Longing
* As Yeshua says, "When you seek too much to belong or for belonging—ownership of things on the outside—it can completely blind and strip your lens of the wheat on the inside."
* Our wheat-self is our soul, yet longing for external validation can lead us to forget this truth.
* The more we long for something external—a relationship, money, validation—the more we give our power away to it.
* The ego convinces us that we aren’t enough without that thing, fueling fears of rejection and insecurity.
The Fear of Not Having vs. The Fear of Losing
* "I won’t get what I need to feel safe and worthy. I must seek harder, compromise my boundaries, work harder—or I will be alone."
* "I have worked so hard to obtain these things that define me. I must avoid loss at all costs."
* These fears are exhausting and keep us locked in cycles of seeking and attachment.
* When we are bound by these things, our ego narrows our perception, keeping us trapped in a cycle of hypervigilance and control.
True Liberation: The Path of Belonging to the Divine
* We don’t truly own anything—not our belongings, not other people.
* Even our bodies, Yeshua teaches, ultimately belong to Gaia and the Divine.
* The question we are asked: Do we belong to God in humility and peace, or to fear and victim consciousness?
* When we deeply belong with the Divine, we are set free from external attachments and fear.
* No matter what happens externally, we belong.
The Illusion of Cancel Culture
* Yeshua points out that many seek to reject or cancel others, but Spirit holds the ostracized closest.
* When we cancel another’s worth, we negate our own divine self.
* No soul can be canceled.
* We are encouraged to honor all people as divine beings rather than possessions we judge or discard.
Freedom Through Surrender
* True liberation from longing means aligning with Spirit.
* When we release attachments and recognize our source in the Divine, we become free.
* We are taught: “The essence of your be-ing is Peace. And Love. As long as you are be-ing and present at any moment, you have everything.”
* The illusion of scarcity and unworthiness binds us, but faith sets us free.
* Faith dissolves fear, allowing us to trust that our needs will be met.
What We Carry With Us After Death
* We take with us moments of deep connection, belonging, and reciprocity.
* We do not carry our possessions, social media likes, arguments, or distractions.
* Our conscious soul memory is woven from experiences of truth, joy, intimacy, and empathy.
* “You are on borrowed time, Beloved One; use it wisely.”
The Call to Let Go
* We are encouraged to reduce commitments, obligations, and attachments.
* “Allow for there to be fewer strings attached, fewer commitments, fewer hooks. Leap in trust, leap in Faith.”
* True belonging means embodying love over fear, surrendering to Spirit, and trusting divine timing.
Freedom Through Embodiment
* When we release the burden of ownership and longing, we set ourselves—and others—free.
* Yeshua teaches: “When you are able to set yourself Free from the burden of ownership and longing, you set everyone else Free too. That is service, Beloved, that is service.”
Sacred Covenant: Writing Prompts
On pages 170-171, we are given reflective questions to explore:
* What owns you? What commitments, thoughts, and emotions feel burdensome?
* What do you feel you are owed? Does this sense of entitlement bring peace or stress?
* Are you owned by fear and worry? Do you long to be free?
* At the heart of your longing—can being be enough? Are you willing to surrender?
* Will you commit to creating space to live as your Divine self?
We are reminded that this process holds no expectations—only wonder. Keep returning to and refining these reflections, and all that is needed will become clear.
Key Takeaways
* Belonging is not something we seek—it is something we already are.
* True liberation comes from surrendering attachments, not acquiring more.
* Faith, forgiveness, and freedom dissolve fear.
* Let go of control, and trust that in Love, all needs are met.

In today’s episode, I want to offer some writing prompts based on the chapters we’ve covered so far in our book study series of The Freedom Transmissions.
Since there is a lot of information and wisdom offered within these transmissions, I thought it would be helpful to take a pause and take some time to reflect on what you’ve discovered, realized, or learned so far. Basically, to write about what revelations have been brought into the light for you. This is a way to help integrate and embody the wisdom offered in the book.
If you haven’t yet read some of those chapters yet and you’re going at your own pace, amazing. Just keep reading at whatever speed feels right to you. There’s no pressure and no rules.
For others who are up to date, take some time to answer the writing prompts I’m about to pose. When we write, pen to paper, it helps us to process and comprehend on a new level. This is something that I’ve been experiencing as I’ve been writing these podcast episodes.
Journal Prompt # 1
In the chapter, I AM Yeshua, we learn that we don’t have to believe in Yeshua or have faith in Him to receive His Grace. We learn that we are all inherently divine and worthy. Can you remember a time when you truly felt like you were “some of the One.” Write about that time.
Journal Prompt #2
Which of the seven imbalances is strongest for you right now? Identify it and write about the ways that it’s showing up for you in your life. And then write about what is the underlying energy beneath this imbalance? What fear-based stories are you telling yourself that keep you in this imbalance?
Journal Prompt #3
We’ve learned about the four chambers of the Sacred Heart: simplicity, stability, surrender, and stillness. These are four key energies to Peace, and it’s our gateway to divine connection. Which energy is most challenging for you to embody right now? And what could you do to help you embrace it and welcome it?
Journal Prompt #4
In the chapter The Thread and Stitching of the Dreaming, we learned that we’re energetically connected to everything and everyone – our connections exist beyond physical reality. And we learned that prior to going somewhere, our soul and spirit have already stitched us to the place and people there. This is the idea that our souls are already connected to future experiences and people before we meet them.
Looking back at a significant moment in your life, write about the invisible threads that you can now see in hindsight that were weaving your path to that experience.
Journal Prompt #5
We’ve talked about voids, both individual and collective voids, and how they are opportunities for growth, not spaces to fear. How we navigate them is a big part of our evolution.
Think about a time when you faced a personal Void—a period of uncertainty, change, or transition. Looking back, what did you learn about yourself during that time? And what transformation came from that experience?
Journal Prompt #6
We’ve learned that “What you belong to also belongs to you,” and how external seeking creates endless longing.
Think about what you’re stitched to right now in your life – do you want to belong to these people, places, things, belief-systems, and stories? If not, where will you focus first on letting something go that no longer serves you so that you can move deeper into your authenticity?
Journal Prompt #7
Reflect on areas where you might be suppressing your true self—through habits, fears, or external expectations. How can you cultivate Freedom over suppression, creating space for your authentic essence to emerge?
Where and how are you your own oppressor in your life?
Journal Prompt #8
In the book, we learn that we are “not just in life but OF life.” How can you consciously shift your focus to plant seeds that align with your higher self and the legacy you want to leave in the year, and years, ahead? What seeds do you want to plant?
Journal Prompt #9
And finally, what do you need to have Faith in right now?

Episode Summary: The Servitude of Longing (Pages 149–161)
This chapter explores the energy of belonging and the spiritual implications of where we place our identity and sense of connection. At the core of this teaching is the statement: “What you belong to also belongs to you.”
We are invited to examine the difference between longing and true belonging, to explore how our ego-self can lead us into patterns of external seeking, and how our soul-self guides us into alignment with the Divine. Through conscious discernment and sacred choices, we can reclaim our spiritual sovereignty.
This is The Servitude of Longing.
Key Themes
* Ego vs. Soul Identity – The ego seeks validation and ownership; the soul seeks authenticity and service.
* Belonging vs. Longing – True belonging brings peace; longing keeps us bound to dissatisfaction and seeking.
* Discernment – Who and what we align with matters—branding, influence, and energy must be evaluated consciously.
* Ownership of Self – We’re asked to take spiritual responsibility for how we define and express ourselves.
The Ego’s Grip on Belonging
Our ego-self (or chaff-identity) is rooted in fear, form, and dissatisfaction. It craves power and validation from the outer world.
When we define our worth through this lens, we give over our inner authority to external systems. This creates a cycle of longing—never feeling fulfilled, always chasing the next thing.
On the other hand, our soul-self (or wheat-self) is anchored in simplicity, purpose, and truth. It honors its unique essence and serves from a place of joy.
To reclaim our soul-self, we must choose where and to whom we belong—with discernment.
Longing vs. True Belonging
* Belonging becomes distorted when it’s directed outward to structures, systems, and people not aligned with our essence.
* When we’re in a state of longing, we become susceptible to fear, victimhood, and control.
* True belonging is internal. It’s alignment with Spirit, humility, and peace.
* We are asked to be conscious of who we allow to define us.
The antidote to longing is belonging to God, to Grace, and to your whole self.
Branding, Influence, and Ownership
* Branding is a form of ownership—be cautious of the brands you follow and create.
* Some brands foster community and communion; others feed on fear and control.
* Be discerning about spaces that incite fear, division, or judgment. These are signs to step away.
"Let God be your CEO—your Chief Energy Officer."
We are reminded that influencing, in its distorted form, is a form of spiritual force. True influence is service rooted in authenticity, not power or popularity.
Influencers and Institutions
* Many influencers operate from ego and imbalance. Their charm may be seductive, but their intentions may not be aligned with truth.
* Even altruism can be used as a tool of control. Use discernment to choose what you follow.
* The Divine is not impressed by status or followers—it honors compassion, humility, and peace.
Ask yourself: Do I belong to this? Or am I owned by it?
Returning to Divine Belonging
The invitation is to:
* Unstitch from the illusion of external ownership.
* Choose to belong to simplicity, stillness, and truth.
* Step into structures of resonance that nourish your soul.
You are being asked to stop giving your spiritual power away. Reclaim your worth by aligning with the Divine.
Read The Discernment Prayer (Page 160)
This sacred prayer invokes sovereign authority, humility, and Grace. It is the Prayer that sets you Free.
Use this prayer as a guide whenever you feel uncertain, unclear, or in need of spiritual clarity.
Key Takeaways
* What you belong to also belongs to you—choose wisely.
* Longing is rooted in fear; belonging is rooted in love.
* Be cautious of branding, influence, and outer definitions of worth.
* Your spiritual sovereignty is your responsibility.
* The Divine invites you to belong—not to systems, but to your soul.

Episode Summary: Sacred Seeds (Pages 124–145)
The message of this chapter is clear: You reap what you sow. In Sacred Seeds, we’re invited to reflect deeply on how our thoughts, words, and actions plant seeds into the void—and how those seeds shape our future and the collective reality. Through the lenses of Faith, Forgiveness, and Freedom, we are asked to consider how we will move forward from this moment on.
This teaching encourages us to become more aware—not perfect—of what we’re stitching to and what we’re choosing to sow. It’s a timely invitation as we transition from the Old Era to the New. We’ve been preparing for this time across lifetimes. Now, we’re being called to participate consciously.
This is Sacred Seeds.
Key Themes
* You Reap What You Sow – Everything you plant—whether in fear or in love—creates ripples and returns.
* The Power of Voids – Learning to navigate periods of transition, chaos, and unknown with courage and humility.
* Faith, Forgiveness, Freedom – The three foundational energies of the New Era.
* Personal Responsibility – Being accountable for your vibration, thoughts, and impact on the collective.
* Liberation Through Conscious Choice – Moving from fear-based living into Divine alignment.
Understanding the Void
Voids are not empty—they’re sacred spaces of transformation.
* A void is a spiritual reset, a moment of letting go before something new emerges.
* Fighting a void leads to struggle; surrendering to it invites healing.
* The Void is where magic happens—it is the realm of unseen creation.
Rather than resisting, we are invited to view the Void as an opportunity for growth, creativity, and spiritual recalibration.
Three Collective Voids
This chapter outlines three major energetic voids we’re experiencing:
* Faith over Fear – Will we choose to trust the unknown, or panic and grasp for control?
* Forgiveness over Blame – Will we release old grievances, or project pain onto others?
* Freedom over Suppression – Will we take responsibility for our own healing, or remain trapped in cycles of self-sabotage?
Each void invites a different kind of spiritual awakening, and the seeds we plant within them will grow over years to come.
Faith
Faith does not require proof—it requires presence.
* Doubt is the shadow of Trust, but it can coexist with Faith.
* Building inner Faith starts with trusting ourselves, then extends to trusting the Divine.
* If you have Faith in something, you are a person of Faith.
Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not about condoning or forgetting—it’s about releasing.
* Forgiveness starts within.
* Don’t force it. Don’t fake it.
* Releasing resentment and judgment creates space for Grace.
We’re invited to weave the braid of Faith, Forgiveness, and Freedom into the fabric of our lives.
Freedom
True Freedom is not about doing whatever we want—it’s about releasing what no longer serves.
* Suppression often comes from within: addictive behaviors, numbing, avoidance.
* New currencies of energy—kindness, integrity, humility—are restructuring our systems.
* You may be one of the Ones helping bring these new systems into form.
Sacred Questions to Reflect On
This chapter encourages you to ask yourself:
* What do I have Faith in?
* Who do I need to Forgive?
* Where in my life do I seek Freedom?
Allow these questions to guide your journaling, meditation, and daily choices.
Key Takeaways
* Voids are sacred spaces for transformation. Don’t fear them—honor them.
* The seeds you plant now will shape your reality in years to come.
* Faith, Forgiveness, and Freedom are the keys to the New Era.
* Personal accountability is a spiritual practice.
* You were made for this time. Choose with care. Sow with love.

In this episode, we take a pause from the book study in order to go over some popular questions surrounding The Freedom Transmissions. In the next episode we will continue with the chapter, Sacred Seeds.
Some of these questions are ones that people have asked me recently, and some of the questions were shared with me by Carissa Schumacher, who channeled this book. These are questions that have been posed to her in the past… and I’ll share her answers to them, too.
This is The Freedom Transmissions 101.

Episode Summary: Shades of Hope (Pages 109-123)
In this chapter, we explore how hope can show up in both its light and shadow forms—and how it connects to our thoughts, fears, and capacity to live from our wheat-self (our soul and spirit) rather than our chaff identity (ego and form).
We also revisit the concept of separation, revealing how in its light form, separation supports discernment, original thought, and co-creation with the Divine. This teaching guides us to release our attachments to distorted thought forms and longings, and instead cultivate presence, clarity, and conscious manifestation.
This is Shades of Hope.
Key Themes
* Light vs. Shadow Forms of Hope – How hope can uplift us or become a burden depending on its orientation.
* The Power of Thought – How thought forms shape our experience and how to witness and shift them.
* Sacred Separation – Embracing healthy separation to gain clarity, wisdom, and Divine connection.
* Originality and Manifestation – Creating from the field of infinite possibilities with spirit, not ego.
* Living from the Wheat-Self – Embodying your soul’s wisdom and releasing the need for external validation.
Separation as a Spiritual Tool
Separation isn’t inherently negative. There’s a light form of separation that:
* Helps us step away from dissonant thoughts.
* Encourages grounded independence.
* Provides space to discern truth from illusion.
* Supports creation from Spirit, not ego.
This chapter invites us to see separation as an ally on the path to clarity, balance, and originality.
Awareness of Thought Bubbles
Yeshua reminds us that many of our fear-based thoughts aren’t even ours. They’ve been inherited, absorbed, or externally influenced.
* We’re invited to examine our beliefs with discernment.
* Thoughts that limit or suppress us must be witnessed, separated from, and released.
* This makes space for more original, divinely inspired creation.
As Byron Katie asks:
* Is it true?
* Can you absolutely know it’s true?
* How do you react when you believe it?
* Who would you be without the thought?
Manifesting from the Void
* Divine originality comes through “slow evolution, gestation, and birthing.”
* True creation starts in the unknown and is brought into form through the heart and soul.
* When we try to shove inspired ideas into conventional molds, we limit Divine flow.
* Authentic creativity requires authentic structures.
Yeshua invites us to strive for less and less — to refine rather than expand — to receive what’s truly aligned.
Shades of Hope: Present vs. Future
Hope can be:
* Light-filled and anchored in the present, catalyzing healing and faith.“I hope this ends with kindness.”
* Heavy and burdened when projected into the future, rooted in expectation.“I hope they’ll change for me.”
Dead hopes are regrets. Living hope is a present-moment prayer.
The Divine has hope too — that we will remember who we truly are.
Living from Your Soul
* Let go of control, past stories, and future fears.
* Be present. Be original. Be free.
* Move from a place of embodied faith.
Yeshua asks:“Do you hope that God is with you or know that God is with you?”
This is a powerful rite of passage—an invitation to move from longing to knowing.
Key Takeaways
* True hope is rooted in the present, not projected into the future.
* You are a spiritual being, not defined by your body or possessions.
* Originality flows through alignment with Divine presence.
* Your thoughts shape your reality—choose them with awareness.
* The Divine hopes you will become your truest self.

Episode Summary: The Thread and Stitching of the Dreaming, Part 2 (Pages 96-106)
In this continuation of The Thread and Stitching of the Dreaming, we deepen our exploration of how our soul, body, and spirit body are connected to the great Web of Life. The soul is woven into the physical form—into our bones, blood, DNA, and heart—while the spirit body extends outward, like a spider’s silk, connecting us to unseen energetic threads in the world.
We revisit key themes introduced in Part 1, including vibration, resonance, and the importance of discerning what and who we are energetically stitching to. This chapter also introduces the concepts of the wheat and the chaff, the process of unstitching from old stories and fear, the power of grief, and the call to commit to our inner process.
This is The Thread and Stitching of the Dreaming, Part 2.
Key Themes
* The Wheat and the Chaff – Separating what aligns with your soul from what no longer serves.
* Energy and Vibration – Becoming conscious of what you’re energetically stitched to.
* Unstitching and Re-stitching – Releasing old attachments and choosing sacred alignment.
* Grief as Energy – Understanding grief as the energy of letting go and transformation.
* Spiritual Commitment – The call to take your spiritual path seriously and move from complacency to conscious co-creation.
Wheat and Chaff: Two Meanings
Yeshua refers to the wheat as the soul or Divine consciousness, and the chaff as form, matter, or ego identity.
* Physical Death – At death, the chaff (body) returns to the Earth, and the wheat (soul) returns to Spirit. While the physical body ends, spirit energy is eternal.
* Internal Separation – The ongoing spiritual practice of separating yourself from that which isn’t in alignment with your evolution. This includes releasing fear, shame, stagnancy, and unworthiness.
Serving Needs vs. Wants
* “Spirit serves needs, not wants.”
* When we operate from our soul, service flows with joy and ease.
* When we serve from ego or obligation, it becomes complicated and draining.
The Prostration Prayer
Found on page 97, this prayer acknowledges the equality of worth in all beings. It’s a powerful invocation for humility, grace, and unity.
“Your worth is equal to mine, beloved, my worth is equal to yours, beloved...”
Recite this prayer to shift your perception toward reverence and wholeness.
Lens of the Wheat vs. Lens of the Chaff
* The chaff lens focuses only on the external: body, mind, and form. It often leads to toiling and dissatisfaction.
* The wheat lens honors the soul, the unseen, and inner truth—resulting in greater peace, joy, and spiritual liberation.
Spiritual Self-Care Is a Choice
* Commit to your soul’s evolution.
* Stop delaying your spiritual practices and healing.
* There is no guru or healer that can do this work for you.
* As the book reminds us, “You were not just made to be in life. You were made OF life.”
Grief as a Sacred Energy
* Grief is described as the energy of letting go.
* It arises when something has shifted in your life: a person, story, role, or identity.
* Grief is an invitation to honor the transition and open space for something new to be woven in.
The One Stitch That Matters Most
* What are you stitched to?
* The most important thread is your sacred heart—Simplicity, Stability, Surrender, and Stillness.
* “Any love-not that keeps you out of your sacred heart is the most important to focus your awareness on to transform.”
Questions for Reflection (Page 106)
* What do I need to have Faith in?
* What do I need to Forgive and be Forgiven for?
* What do I need to be Free from?
These questions are part of your writing homework. Take time to reflect deeply and write your answers down as a sacred commitment.
Key Takeaways
* You are a sacred thread in the Web of Life.
* Unstitch from imbalance, and reweave with purpose.
* You have the power to shift your reality by shifting your energy and awareness.
* Let grief guide you gently into transformation.
* The one stitch that matters most is the one in your sacred heart.

Welcome back to the second part of my interview with Carissa Schumacher. This is a continuation from our second chat we had here on Hold the Light within The Freedom Transmissions book study series. If you haven’t yet listened to the first part of our conversation, click here. We cover a lot of interesting topics there including how to be in communication and partnership with the Divine, and how to deal with needs verses wants.
In this episode we talk about whether or not she feels the pressure to live up to — or to match — the wisdom of Yeshua in her every day life; whether or not she considered publishing The Freedom Transmissions without the name Yeshua attached to it; what the aftermath has been like since she published the book; and we discuss two specific transmissions that Carissa felt compelled to highlight and talk about right now.
Here, we continue my conversation with Carissa Schumacher.

For this episode and the next, we’re taking just a short book study break from The Freedom Transmissions to feature my new conversation with Carissa Schumacher. As you most likely know by now, Carissa is a forensic psychic medium, a spiritual guide, and she is a channel for Yeshua. The book The Freedom Transmissions are channeled transmissions she received from Yeshua.
You can go into this podcast’s archives to listen to the other interviews I’ve had with Carissa, with the most recent ones published this past September 2024. I link to everything below.
Recently, Carissa and I came together again to address some questions and concepts around The Freedom Transmissions. In this episode, we talk about the phenomenon of how when we go back to re-read the book, pages, passages, or paragraphs can feel completely new, as if we’ve never read it; we discuss how we can sometimes feel as if we are going backwards in our spiritual evolution when re-reading the book— and Carissa addresses what it is that we’re experiencing. We talk about the new era we’re entering; how The Freedom Transmissions is not a self-help, do-it-this-way kind of book; she shares how we can communicate with, and be in partnership with the Divine; we talk about why Yeshua has a British accent when Carissa channels Him; and we talk about needs versus wants, and how we can we walk a spiritual path while still wanting things?
This is a good one, so let’s get to my latest conversation with Carissa Schumacher.

Episode Summary: The Chambers of the Sacred Heart (Pages 67-76)
In this episode, we move into learning about the Sacred Heart—the final chapter in The Sacred Heart Transmissions section of The Freedom Transmissions.
Understanding the Sacred Heart is essential because it is the gateway that connects us to our divine self. It is the foundation for embodying greater peace, balance, and freedom in our lives.
Today, we’ll explore:
* What the Sacred Heart is
* The four chambers that comprise it
* The energies of Simplicity, Stability, Surrender, and Stillness
* How we can connect with these energies to embody peace
This is The Chambers of the Sacred Heart.
The Sacred Heart: The Gateway to Peace
We engage with The Freedom Transmissions because it provides a pathway to peace—helping us transcend struggles, integrate light and shadow, and move into our true essence.
As we read in the book, “You did not come to the world for situational Peace.” Peace is not dependent on external circumstances. It is an internal state that we cultivate through faith, presence, and alignment with Divine Will.
To quote from page 68: “When you illuminate within your Faith, and there is that level of connection and communion, We [meaning the Divine] can speak to you and through you… No longer do your imbalances set off a chain of burdens for you and others. No longer are you as triggered by others’ imbalances… That restores Peace and ends your self-imposed sentence of suffering.”
What is the Sacred Heart?
The Sacred Heart is not the physical heart. It is the center of our being, connecting us to the Divine, Gaia, and the entire web of life.
It is “the intersection of the dreaming and dreamer, creation and creator, subconscious and conscious, seen and unseen.”
Within the Sacred Heart, four energies—known as The Four Chambers—form its structure:
* Simplicity
* Stability
* Surrender
* Stillness
These energies are essential for embodying peace. When we integrate them, we come into balance and freedom.
Yet, in our modern world—where complexity, control, external validation, and noise are prioritized—these energies are often neglected. This disconnection keeps us in chaos and suffering.
The good news? These four energies already exist within us. They are our true nature. Our role is to illuminate and embody them.
As the teachings state: “If all be-ings in human bodies on your planet, or even just a handful more of you, focused daily on streaming and weaving these energies into your heart, body, mind, choices, and behaviors, there would be far fewer problems and burdens for you all to carry.”
Let’s explore the Four Chambers of the Sacred Heart.
The Four Chambers of the Sacred Heart
1. Simplicity
Simplicity is one of the most central aspects of Peace… It is letting go of all that feels burdensome and disturbing to your Peace.
How to connect with Simplicity:
* What areas of my life feel chaotic and complicated?
* Am I willing to participate in the process of simplifying my life?
* What habits, commitments, or distractions are pulling me away from Peace?
2. Stability
We need stability to embody the Divine fully. This means creating foundations in our lives that support our highest good.
How to connect with Stability:
* What feels unstable in my life?
* What aspects of my life are unsustainable?
* Am I willing to participate in the process of creating stability—through finances, relationships, boundaries, and daily practices?
3. Surrender
True surrender is not selective—it is a complete offering of control to the Divine.
Surrender is a state of be-ing rooted in humility, discipline, integrity, and devotion… It requires effort, but never in a way that creates more burdens.
How to connect with Surrender:
* Where in my life do I resist surrender?
* What do I fear surrendering, and why?
* Where do I try to force or control outcomes? Can I release my grip and trust?
4. Stillness
Stillness is the most nourishing of the four energies. It is the gateway to Divine Grace—where we hear, receive, and embody peace.
How to connect with Stillness:
* What areas of my life lack Stillness?
* What fears arise when I sit in Stillness?
* What distractions do I use to avoid Stillness?
* Am I willing to create time for Stillness, even if it means reducing external noise, setting boundaries, or committing to a daily meditation practice?
Integrating the Sacred Heart
By prioritizing Simplicity, Stability, Surrender, and Stillness, we restore balance and deepen our connection to the Divine.
As we embody these energies, we draw more peace, joy, and clarity into our lives.
Final reflection: “Your sacred heart is the gateway that connects you to your Yeshua Self. You were designed for Simplicity of realization, Stability of foundation, Surrender in transformation, and Stillness in invocation.”

Episode Summary: The Three Veils and Seven Imbalances of the Mind, Part 2 (Pages 60-66)
In this episode, we are discussing The Three Veils, found in The Freedom Transmissions chapter The Three Veils and Seven Imbalances of the Mind. If you haven’t yet listened to the last episode on the Seven Imbalances of the Mind, be sure to go back and start there.
Understanding the Three Veils is essential, as they provide deeper insight into the origins of the Seven Imbalances. When we know how these distortions developed, we gain clarity on how to restore balance and move toward freedom.
This is The Three Veils.
The Three Veils: The Root of Separation
As we learned, the Seven Imbalances are distorted lenses of perception—false beliefs about who we are. They are illusions of separation from the Divine.
The Three Veils represent this separation, and they create the distorted lenses through which we experience reality.
For some, these Veils are thick, keeping them deeply unconscious. For others, who are integrating light and shadow into balance, the Veils are nearly transparent.
By understanding the Three Veils, we can begin lifting them, allowing for clarity and deeper peace.
The Three Veils
1. The Veil of Separation
This Veil is the root of the belief that we are separate from the Divine, creating a deep sense of isolation, shame, and fear.
How it expresses itself:
* Feeling unworthy of love or connection
* Experiencing deep shame, guilt, and self-judgment
* Isolating from others or suffering in silence
* Fear of rejection and failure
How to begin lifting this Veil:
* Trust in the unseen. Shift focus from what is visible and external to the deeper truth of connection.
* Engage in practices that strengthen your faith. Meditate, journal, and commune with nature.
* Release limiting beliefs about who you are supposed to be.
When this Veil lifts: You begin to feel and know yourself as One—not as someone separate, but Some of the One.
2. The Veil of Polarity
This Veil leads to perceiving reality in extremes—black and white, good and bad, right and wrong. It prevents us from embracing the complexity and balance of existence.
How it expresses itself:
* Emotional swings between joy and despair
* Defensiveness, judgment, and blame
* Seeking conflict or dangerous situations
* Being trapped in an “us vs. them” mindset
How to begin lifting this Veil:
* Embrace duality. Recognize that both light and shadow are essential for balance.
* Practice witnessing rather than reacting. Observe without immediate judgment.
* Synchronize with natural rhythms. Honor cycles of creation and destruction, expansion and contraction.
When this Veil lifts: You can hold space for both light and shadow without polarization. You begin to experience the full spectrum of reality without judgment.
3. The Veil of Complacency
This Veil keeps us stagnant, avoiding truth and resisting change. It’s the illusion that staying the same is safer than evolving.
How it expresses itself:
* Resistance to change, even when the heart longs for transformation
* Feelings of boredom, stuckness, and malaise
* Fear-based procrastination—waiting until suffering forces a shift
* Rigid beliefs that prevent growth
How to begin lifting this Veil:
* Be open to new perspectives. Let go of attachment to what you think you know.
* Take conscious action. Growth requires participation—step into your transformation.
* Honor both creation and destruction. Change is part of the natural flow of life.
When this Veil lifts: You reclaim your sovereignty and step into your full creative power. You take charge of your transformation and align with Divine Will.
Moving Toward Balance and Clarity
Lifting the Veils is about choosing faith over fear. The more we dissolve these illusions, the more we realign with truth, peace, and love.
Reflection:
* Which of the Three Veils do you feel most present in your life?
* What is one step you can take to begin dissolving it?

Episode Summary: The Three Veils and Seven Imbalances of the Mind, Part 1 (Pages 34-60)
I’ve decided to break up this chapter from The Freedom Transmissions into two different episodes because of the depth of the content. This chapter is fundamental to understanding how we keep ourselves in density—what holds us back from living in our true essence, our peace, and our divine nature.
Before we move forward with the other transmissions in this book, we need to start here. The good news? This chapter also offers ways to move from density into greater freedom.
In this episode, we are discussing the Seven Imbalances of the Mind, as found on pages 34-60. The next episode will focus on The Three Veils.
As we’ve discussed in prior episodes, The Freedom Transmissions is a pathway to peace. It’s a journey to free ourselves from our personal burdens so that we can step into greater balance, joy, fearless faith, non-resistance, and love.
One of the key messages in this chapter is that when we learn to release our imbalances, we will know freedom and what it means to live clear-hearted.
This is The Seven Imbalances of the Mind.
The Origin of the Imbalances
Before diving into the Seven Imbalances, it’s helpful to understand where they come from.
We learn that at the moment of our soul’s inception, we were created in Balance, because we are of the One—the Divine, Spirit, Infinite Intelligence. We were designed in harmony.
However, we were also seeded with consciousness, which led to self-awareness. And with self-awareness came choice.
This is where free will enters: the choice to align with Divine Will or to create our own fragmented perception of self and reality.
The Seven Imbalances of the Mind were not created by the Divine but by us, through fear-based thinking and illusions of separation.
These imbalances distort our perception, keeping us disconnected from peace.
The Seven Imbalances of the Mind
Each imbalance is an error in perception—a way we miss the mark in choosing love over fear.
Here’s an overview:
* The Perception of Darkness or Separation
* Feeling separate from the Divine and others
* Expressed through guilt, shame, self-criticism, victimhood, and isolation
* Transcendence: Reaching for something greater—immersing in nature, serving others, and practicing self-compassion
* Tyrannical Desire and Greed
* Driven by dominance, power, and lack of integrity
* Expressed through control, entitlement, emotional manipulation, and lack of empathy
* Transcendence: Releasing control, serving without personal gain, restoring integrity, and embracing humility
* Ignorance, Denial, or Complacency
* Avoidance of truth, resistance to change, procrastination
* Expressed through addiction, procrastination, abdication of responsibility, and apathy
* Transcendence: Facing discomfort, embracing personal accountability, and stepping into action
* Excitement Over Death or Endings
* Fear of the unknown, fixation on destruction
* Expressed through paranoia, obsession with mortality, or reckless behavior
* Transcendence: Reconnecting to life, faith in the eternal nature of the soul, and embracing joy
* Imbalance of Human Want and Lust (Desires of the Flesh)
* Preoccupation with external image and validation
* Expressed through materialism, addictive behaviors, and fear of rejection
* Transcendence: Simplicity, refining wants versus needs, and remembering self-worth beyond external validation
* Foolish Wisdom or Not Aligning with Divine Will
* Elitism, arrogance, assumption of moral or intellectual superiority
* Expressed through rigid beliefs, judgment, and forcing opinions onto others
* Transcendence: Deep humility, openness to learning, and aligning personal will with Divine Will
* Wrathful Wisdom or Judgment
* Rooted in fear and separation, leading to anger, rage, and retaliation
* Expressed through acts of harm, violence, or self-destruction
* Transcendence: Reconnection to nature, patience, gratitude, and the power of love
Moving Toward Balance and Peace
Becoming conscious of these imbalances is the first step toward transformation. Through self-awareness and surrender, we begin to dissolve these distortions and return to our true essence.
When we align our will with Divine Will, we move closer to peace.
Reflection:Which imbalances resonate with you? How can you begin the process of healing and realignment?
Next Steps: Read & Listen
📿 Meditate on this:Take time alone, light a candle, breathe, and ask the Divine to help you perceive a troubling situation differently. Listen. Write down what you hear. Trust the messages of love.
