Today we are going to dive into a BIG topic - which sadly so many of us know way too well. Busyness, stress and burnout; that feeling when life is just racing along at 100 miles pr minute.
I'm sharing my personal story with burnout, and what we can do about it. We can't avoid being busy or having a lot to do all the time - life can be hectic! But I believe it's so important that we learn to slow down.
