Operating now for 6 years, they specialise in small business and have 40 staff across the board. Reuben always had a fascination with how e-commerce businesses tick and knowing how to best innovate and increase efficiency.
His purpose is to assist small companies to excel in the e-commerce industry by implementing processes and procedures to streamline their accounting and admin and help them understand the story of their business within their numbers. As a firm, they have over 600 clients and over 36 accounting staff - that's all through 0 acquisition.
Reuben won a 30 Under 30 Accounting Award, is a Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur finalist, Intuit Firm of the future winner in Australia, and is a Xero Platinum Partner. It is acknowledged as being one of the most innovative initiatives ever offered to the accounting profession and has spawned a plethora of organisations that seek to help accountants better service their clients.
Ric is a qualified accountant and has been a partner in public practice prior to which he was a tenured lecturer in the Business School at Southern Cross University, Australia. He blends his practical experience with his research and teaching background to articulate complex concepts in a coherent and entertaining manner.
