  • In aflevering 5 van Het Cyclus Kompas, de podcast, praten we over veel voorkomende klachten bij vrouwen, zoals pijn tijdens de menstruatie, vrijen, plassen of stoelgang. Helaas blijkt dat maar liefst 90% van de vrouwen last heeft van deze klachten, maar er niet genoeg aandacht aan besteed wordt. Hoewel het nemen van hormonale anticonceptie voor velen van ons routine is geworden, realiseren we ons niet altijd wat de negatieve effecten kunnen zijn. De pil en andere vormen van hormonale anticonceptie worden tegenwoordig ook voor andere doeleinden voorgeschreven dan alleen voor het vermijden van een zwangerschap, zoals voor acnebehandeling. In deze aflevering bespreken we de keuze om te stoppen met de pil. Twee moedige vrouwen delen hun persoonlijke verhaal.
