Join me Kiara Jade as I interview my Egyptian Tour Leader, Ceremonialist, brand mentor and friend Lara Maysa, as we discuss her journey to being called to run spiritual pilgrimage tours of her cultural motherland of egypt, after doing her own journey through the sacred sites, temples and pyramids of egypt and how she grew into the leadership that was being asked of her. We discuss how even seven years before the idea became fully formed, there were signs and journeys which were pointing her in the right direction and how the path can be tricky at times, having to embody the lessons and be a voice of what you teach. We discuss her relationship with the Netteru, or the ancient Egyptian gods and goddesses, her connection to horus and her experiences in the temple of Hathor (het het) on our recent trip to the temple of Dendara.

***trigger warning sexual trauma***
In this episode we speak to Dani Murnane and how she healed her sexual trauma by leaning into being open to addressing the topic instead of avoiding it by working hard, as was her family pattern. She discusses her childhood belief that is must be my fault and taking on shame continued on into her adulthood which was triggered by her trauma and how she took her power back by utilising a new perspective, speaking her story aloud and spiritual practices such as somatic work to reclaim her body and sovereignty.

In this episode we discuss the lessons i was traversing and interesting intuitive turn of events that occurred in order for me to meet my current partner. Some might say fate, but i was simply following my intuitive nudges and the idea of letting go or what you think it should look like in order to call in what is even better than you could've imagined. The signs and synchronicities that led the way are explored as well as other lessons of letting go when you feel something is no longer serving you.

In this episode we talk to Ren Alessandra about the impact of spoken word poetry on her life and that of others. How by sharing your truth in such a heartfelt medium this has been the grounds to grow her own ability to speak her truth in her relationships and in conflict with others. We discuss her experience of releasing cultural conditioning of poetry being "too fancy and boring" and being seen in following her purpose and how that has led to her losing people but magnetising the people who can appreciate her into her life.
