The proper breathwork technique can function like a shot of espresso, and Kapalabhati is definitely one of them.
Start your day by connecting with your breath and using it as a tool to drop into your body and level up your energy levels. We will do some warm up breathing before diving into kapalabhati or "skull shining breath." This yogic practice involves rapid, forceful exhalations followed by passive inhalations, serving you up with plenty of benefits including improved respiratory function, detoxification, stress reduction, improved digestion, and overall focus and clarity. All that in ten minutes!
