In this episode, I'm sharing the details on how I went from incredibly painful periods (think: 17 Advil per period, endometriosis, and an ovarian cyst) ➡️ to shrinking the cyst and reducing pain by 75% (down to just 6 Advil per period) in only 3 MONTHS -- with an entirely holistic approach.
In this informative episode, I invited Lauren Wyman, my incredible Restorative Wellness Practitioner (who also happens to have a PhD in Pelvic Floor PT) to share my charts and take us step by step through her process in leading me to drastically improve my reproductive health (not to mention my quality of life).
We're also dishing on how the simple changes we made to my nutrition helped me get pregnant in just 3 months (at the age of 38!), as well as the importance of advocating for your health + choosing medical providers wisely.

Not getting adequate sleep may be impacting your health and your happiness - not to mention your career. In this episode i'm sharing the self hypnosis sleep hacks I used to go from worst sleeper in the world 🤪 --> to Sleep Champion 👸, including how to bypass the "Thinking Stage" and move into that dreamy jacuzzi for the brain that takes us into a deep, sound restful sleep.
I also touch on some of my fav lifestyle techniques that supporgt sleep - like nose breathing, morning sunlight and a nightly bedtime ritual.
