Please rate or comment on our Podcast! Reduce worries as you enjoy a relaxing nap! Sometimes we just need a break, we need to be able to set those worries and problems aside for awhile and recharge our resources. In the centre of a Zen Garden that's filled with sand, rests a small wood carved Worry Buddha. Take it in your hands and allow your worries and problems take leave of you for a while. The Worry Buddha will take care of them and make them lighter to carry when you take them back. You'll also be relaxing completely and drifting off into a wonderful nap and be awakened refreshed and alert.

It's time to rest. So get nice and comfortable as this guided sleep meditation counts you down from 10 to 1 while also providing positive light energy to help you release negativity, while increasing space within for positive thoughts and feelings. As you are showered with brilliant positive light, you'll find yourself drifting closer and closer to dreamland and a wonderful night's sleep. This meditation is about 55 minutes in length and provides 30 minutes of quiet nap time before you are awakened.

Maybe you have a bad habit or want to change something in your life in some way. Write the words that are associated to this "thing" you want to remove including words relating to the way it feels, sounds and looks in your mind. Write all these things on the chalkboard in front on you and then watch as they are erased leaving you with a clean slate. Have a wonderful nap before being awakened once again to enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

This session is unique in that it provides the opportunity to either awaken at the end, or fall asleep. This means that you can use this session during the day as a stress reliever or in the evening to fall asleep with the gentle fade out of the background sounds. Imagine yourself sitting on a bench in a beautiful park. Notice all the sounds you can hear and how green everything is. The warm sunshine fills the park as a group of people, just over there are doing Tai Chi. As you watch them slowly moving as they do their traditional forms, the sound of the small stream and the singing birds allow you to relax deeply and let go of stress.
