It’s close to midnight on a work night, and I just found the last recording I have of my guy, Andrew, and I. He unfortunately, π tragically, and suddenly passed away a few months ago. Sadly, that’s the end of that book: the Memory Book … The Run It Back podcast show with Andrew 2.0 and “the Wes of ‘Y’” … π We shared a lot of reminiscent stories. I talked about throwing a reunion party… π I’ve been on my own personal reunion things. I’ve also been rejoicing with my family and friends about my sister becoming a newlywed. ππ I don’t know why I can’t push myself to finish the Harmony of the Gospels series. But maybe I needed to post this episode first. β€οΈπ©Ή ππ½ I’ve also been playing a little bit with recording more personal experiences and sharing more everyday thoughts. π£οΈππ½And similarly, I’ve been learning the Don Quixote story π π which I think is a collection of stories from a hopeless-romantic who is the collector of those stories? I’m much more familiar with the story of Jesus Christ than of Don Quixote, but I’m open to new novel ideas. After “Don Quixote,” I’ll be looking at “The Picture of Dorian Grey” and “Wuthering Heights” and … π π€·π½βοΈ maybe something autobiographical by Simone Weil first? — because she is “more truly a lover of the people than most who call themselves Socialist, and simultaneously more truly a lover of order and hierarchy than most who call themselves Conservative” — T. S. Eliot

For my friend, Steven G. Casado, I introduce his newly minted autobiography. I remember a time, years ago, when he first introduced the idea that he was going to write a book about his life. He now has a completed, written work titled, “I Didn’t See That Coming… But He Did!” In a fight for survival with little guidance, will Steven find a light to shatter the darkness? — or will he be consumed by it? Was he created to fit in, or was he created to stand out? Steven’s journey left him looking for hope, and he was shocked with what would happen during his voyage!
