If we love God deeply, we will care about the nations. God's kingdom extends far beyond America, because He is building a kingdom composed of men and women from every ethnic and racial group on the planet, a kingdom of people who speak different languages and come from different cultures. One day, we will all worship Him together around His throne. In the meanwhile, we have been commanded to participate in the task of making disciples among all of the nations.
