Hi Legends!
Something that comes up a lot this time of year is SURVIVING the holiday season. Particularly when it comes to the topic of FOOD, BODIES and MOVEMENT. With all the occasions and celebrationsaround the corner, Kelsey and I wanted to come together and chat about some of themost common questions we cover with clients this time of year. The key questions we covered were:
Help! What do I do when everyone around me is talking about diets or making judgemental comments about the food or bodies? What if someone comments on my body? What do I do? I feel like I have to restrict my eating in the lead up to events to make up for all the food I’ll be eating. I get so stressed about the buffet style of eating and how many food options there are at celebrations. It’s so overwhelming. I feel like I’m eating out or drinking more than I want to be during this time but I have so many social events - what do I do? New Years intentions! Everyone around me sets big health or fitness goals. I don’t know what to do. I want to work toward better health but I don’t want to fall into the trap of all ornothing thinking.Enjoy!
