“Remove the filthy garments from him.” And to him He said, “See, I have removed your iniquity from you.” – Zechariah 3:4 In Zechariah 3:3–5, we see one of the most potent images of redemption in Scripture—God Himself removing the filthy garments from Joshua the high priest and clothing him in clean robes.
