The halls of McKinley High are ringing with the first notes of a new season of Glee. This week we're talking Season 5, Episode 1, "Love Love Love." The New Directions are given one of their biggest assignments yet: The Beatles. Mr. Schuester has Nationals in his sights (though maybe not his timetable) and challenges the kids to master the Beatles' catalogue over two weeks. But one Blaine Anderson has even bigger things on his mind: a proposal that could change everything.
With Rachel's Broadway aspirations hanging in the balance and the Glee Club's chances to become a show choir dynasty closing in, this season is set up to be another chaotic ride through storylines and Glee's enduring quirks.

The Season 4 finale of Glee has arrived and we're here to break down all the show-stopping moments you've come to expect and we find out if our favorite glee club will triumph or fall flat. The New Directions are on the cusp of greatness, but before they can take the stage, they must navigate a minefield of personal challenges and unexpected twists. Brittany's startling academic revelation, the return of some beloved characters, and the pressure of performance all converge in a finale that's as unpredictable as a classic Sue Sylvester tantrum.
And of course we'll dissect that good ol' Glee dialogue that's so absurd it's genius, the song choices that will have you tapping your feet, and the writing decisions that will leave you scratching your head. It wouldn't be Glee otherwise.

This week on Pack Dynamics we're talking S1E12, "Code Breaker." The full moon has risen on the Season 1 Finale of Teen Wolf and we're here to guide you through every twist and turn. Our favorite teen wolf Scott McCall is caught in a war between the hunters and the werewolves and must reach out to both friends and adversaries in order to stop the mysterious killings rattling Beacon Hills.
From the cleverly laid breadcrumbs leading us into the next season to the heart-stopping revelations and heel turns, this episode is an emotional rollercoaster for the characters and for us. Because as a season finale, not everyone is going to walk away alive.
And of course we take a moment to look back at the Teen Wolf fandom itself. We reflect on the passion and dedication of the fans, because it's that community that keeps this show alive so long after the final credits roll.

Between Kate Argent's ongoing manipulations, Peter Hale's menacing presence, and the looming threat to Lydia's life, the stake's have never been higher as we barrel towards the Season 1 finale of Teen Wolf.

We suppose this podcast is a decade in the making, given how attached we've been to this series since we started watching it together in Los Angeles (you'll hear our origin story on the podcast). We sprinkle in character analysis alongside fanon lore and heartfelt critique of a show we've never quite let go of. And we help you find the episode you're looking for so you can continue to create gorgeous and creative content.
The first 3 episodes will drop all at once on Wednesday on the Fandom on the Rocks feed and then we'll be releasing an episode a week. And we're already a 1/3 of the way through recording Season 2. (How organized are we?!?)

Meanwhile, over in NYC, it's time for Rachel "Barbra" Berry to audition Funny Girl, even though she's - let's say it again - a college freshman, but she does have a surprise support system on her side.

Fandom on the Rocks stands in solidarity with the WGA and SAG-AFTRA and are acting accordingly.
Though we are not Union members, we support the on-going strike in search of fair contracts and will be following the WGA and SAG-AFTRA rules regarding the promotion of struck work. This includes podcasts.
We will continue to post new bonus episodes (like this one!) about non-struck work (music! books! food! ourselves!) until the strike ends and a fair contract is negotiated.
Here are a few key notes from the FAQs about podcasts:
What kind of podcast work is NOT allowed during the strike?
Hosts: If you are under contract, you should honor your contract. If you self-produce your podcast, do not promote struck work - past, current, or upcoming - as part of your podcast.What about “rewatch” or “companion” podcasts relating to struck work? Are they considered promotional?
Yes, they are considered promotional. Rewatch and companion shows drive people to the struck companies’ platforms to watch the shows promoted by your podcast. The members of the New Directions continue to prepare for Regionals, but a terrifying event occurs in McKinley, putting everyone's secrets, issues, and concerns into stark perspective. Meanwhile, Ryder continues to try and figure out who his mystery texting buddy is, but finds out that he's being catfished.
And the end of the episode, Emily and Bee decompress from this heavy mess of an episode by talking about Taylor Swift and other lighter topics. If you make it through, take a breath, turn on some tunes, look at some trees.
