    People have questions… and I have answers!

    Over the past few weeks I’ve been asked some really good questions… questions that I feel everyone would benefit from knowing the answers to.

    Why?

    Because knowing the answers to these questions will not only make you smarter… they’ll make you healthier.

    So, what are the five questions?

    I thought you’d never ask 😂

    1) Is it true that eating the same amount of food… in a shorter period of time (Intermittent Fasting)… will promote weight loss?

    2) Is Intermittent Fasting as beneficial as Prolonged (several days) Fasting?

    3) What is “The Department Store” analogy?

    4) Does a Leaky Gut cause food sensitivities or do food sensitivities cause a Leaky Gut?

    5) Can repairing a Leaky Gut really improve a stroke victim’s recovery?

  • Episode 24:49 Is It Possible To Lose Weight During The Holidays? (The Answer Is “Yes”)

    I do NOT encourage my patients to try to lose weight during the holidays.

    Instead, I encourage them to try to avoid GAINING weight by making healthy choices MOST of the time.

    However, occasionally I’ll have a patient who insists on trying to lose weight during the holidays.

    A patient like Jason who, a few years ago, followed a “no carb” diet from mid-November through December and dropped 25 pounds.

    Unfortunately, that’s NOT a diet I can recommend to people… at least not at this time of the year.

    However, what I CAN recommend is a strategy I shared with a patient named Cathy.

    A strategy that helped her LOSE 10 pounds during the holidays… WITHOUT giving up carbs.

    On this week’s episode I talk about the strategy I shared with Cathy.

    A strategy YOU can employ during the holidays, or anytime during the year, to help improve your health AND lose weight (if necessary).

  • Episode 24:39 How Jason Clarke Dropped His Triglyceride Levels From 2174 To 125 In Five Weeks!

    Imagine going to the doctor and finding out that your Cholesterol levels were high.

    As were your Triglycerides.

    Really high.

    In fact, imagine being told that your Triglyceride levels were over 2000… when they should be UNDER 150.

    Would you feel panicked?

    Of course you would.

    As was Jason Clarke.

    So panicked that he agreed to do something he didn’t want to…

    Take a statin drug.

    His doctor convinced him that he HAD TO take it… so he did.

    For one night.

    One painful night.

    You see, the statin drugs caused Jason to experience muscle cramps in his legs.

    Bad cramps.

    So bad that he decided to quit taking them and instead “do whatever it takes” to lower his Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels naturally.

    That’s when he reached out to me.

    I designed a program for him that I felt would work.

    And it did.

    But the reason it worked was because Jason was committed to following it.

    So committed that he experienced dramatic decreases in his Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels.

    On this week’s episode Jason and I talk about his experience… what he did and how he did it.

  • Episode 24:32 Are Negative Emotions Blocking Your Healing?

    In the past few episodes, we’ve talked about three Truths that can help you experience a supernatural healing from God:

    They are:

    1) Knowing you ARE healed.

    2) Having FAITH to “activate” your healing.

    3) Eliminating UNBELIEF.

    Get these three right and your healing will manifest.

    Unfortunately, that’s easier said than done.

    Especially when it comes to eliminating unbelief.

    It’s hard.

    Really hard.

    Why?

    Because sometimes WE are our greatest source of unbelief.

    Specifically, our EMOTIONS.

    Emotions that prevent us from being healed.

    Emotions that try to convince us that we’re not worthy of God’s blessings.
