  • Paul is joined today by Anahita Dhondy. Named ‘30 Under 30’ by Forbes Asia, Anahita is an award-winning Chef and Author of “The Parsi Kitchen: A Memoir of Food and Family”. She is a proud member of the Chefs’ Manifesto network, a champion for Parsi food, and advocates for ingredients that are good for people and the planet.
