Fi: Kevään aurinko paistoi kirkkaasti Helsingin moderniin esikaupunkiin, missä Aino istui toimistonsa kulmassa.
En: The spring sun shone brightly on the modern suburb of Helsinki, where Aino sat in the corner of her office.
Fi: Hän oli graafinen suunnittelija, mutta juuri nyt hänen pöytänsä oli täynnä papereita ja kahvikuppeja.
En: She was a graphic designer, but right now her desk was full of papers and coffee cups.
Fi: Konttorin ikkunoista näkyi, kuinka kadun varrella olevat kirsikkapuut kukkivat valtavina vaaleanpunaisina pilvinä, ja Vapun kunniaksi oli jo ripustettu värikkäitä kylttejä lyhtypylväisiin.
En: Through the office windows, one could see the cherry trees along the street blooming in vast pink clouds, and in honor of Vappu, colorful banners had already been hung on the lampposts.

En: Aino tried to focus on the project on her computer screen, but her thoughts kept wandering.

En: Johanna nodded, but her cheerful voice soon carried again.

En: "A little streamer does wonders!"

En: Aino sighed deeply.

En: She needed peace to concentrate.

En: Finally, she made a decision: tonight she would stay late at work.

En: Aino wanted to show Matti that she was capable of handling demanding projects.
Fi: Kello oli jo kymmenen illalla, kun Aino heitti takin päälleen ja katsoi ympärilleen hiljentyneessä toimistossa.
En: It was already ten in the evening when Aino threw on her coat and looked around the now quiet office.
Fi: Hän tunsi painetta.
En: She felt the pressure.
Fi: Oli vain yksi päivä aikaa ennen kuin projekti oli luovutettava.
En: There was only one day left before the project had to be delivered.
Fi: Kun hän käänsi katseensa tietokoneeseen, sydän pysähtyi hetkeksi — hän oli vahingossa poistanut tärkeän tiedoston!
En: When she turned her gaze to the computer, her heart stopped for a moment — she had accidentally deleted an important file!
Fi: Ainon pulssi nousi.
En: Aino's pulse rose.

En: But then she remembered the backups.

En: She had once studied how to make backups in case something happened.

En: Quickly she searched and found the backup.

En: Relief washed over her as the file reappeared on the screen looking familiar.
Fi: Seuraavana aamuna, projektinsa valmiina, Aino astui Matin toimistoon jännittyneenä.
En: The next morning, with her project ready, Aino stepped into Matti's office nervously.
Fi: "Tässä se on", hän sanoi luottavaisena.
En: "Here it is," she said confidently.

En: Matti looked at the file, smiled, and nodded.
Fi: "Hyvää työtä, Aino.
En: "Good work, Aino.
Fi: Olet toden totta valmis suurempiin haasteisiin."
En: You truly are ready for greater challenges."
Fi: Aino hymyili ja tunsi ylpeyttä.
En: Aino smiled and felt proud.
Fi: Hän oli oppinut tärkeän oppitunnin: kuinka hallita aikaansa ja löytää tasapaino työn ja elämän juhlintojen välillä.
En: She had learned an important lesson: how to manage her time and find a balance between work and life's celebrations.
Fi: Ulkona kevät jatkoi loistoaan Vapun iloitessa kaikissa väreissään.
En: Outside, spring continued its splendor in all its Vappu colors.
Fi: Aino tiesi, että hän voisi nyt rentoutua ja ehkä osallistua Johannan juhliin — tasapainoinen elämä oli avain onneen.
En: Aino knew that she could now relax and maybe join Johanna's party — a balanced life was the key to happiness.
