Whan talked about the championship season ahead for the USGA as well as their young development program designed to catch the United States up with the rest of the world as it relates to a having a national program backing their growth in the game. Whan also talked about the progress on the implementation of the golf ball rollback between the various governing bodies. Diaz talked about the historical context of Rory McIlroy's Masters win and where that places him all-time, including what is ahead for him. The ebbs and flows, good shots and bad shots, the day-to-day movement, the final day pairing and finally what it finally took for Rory McIlroy to lift the burden he had been carrying and complete the career grand slam.

Today was an action packed show as Steve Burkowksi joined us to talk about the Augusta National Women's Amateur and the job the club does putting on this event and the three past winners all in this year's field. Author Ward Clayton, who wrote The Legendary Caddies of Augusta National, talked about the history of the caddies at ANGC, some of the unique stories and insights he learned from them and shared a few specific memories from his conversations. Finally Johnson Wagner and Brendon de Jonge joined the show to give an assessment of a number of players as we prepare for The Masters.

Darbon talked about the R&A's pillars of inspiration, participation and governance as well as their thoughts on the ball rollback, the direct pathway into The Open for a LIV golfer and a host of other topics. Coltart talked about Rory's quest to win the Grand Slam, his top stories of the season thus far, the considerations for Luke Donald and the Ryder Cup team and his thoughts on who will wear the Green Jacket.

Jim Crane, owner and chairman of the Houston Astros as well as the driving force behind the Texas Children's Houston Open joined the show today to talk about the tournament's history, the change in venue, the improvements to the course, the value in having Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy in the field and the importance of the event to the Houston community. Taylor Zarzour joined in studio to recap the Florida swing and why McIlroy's game is more well-rounded than ever but winning in Augusta will be between his ears. 16-year old junior sensation Miles Russell and No Laying Up co-founder Chris Solomon joined the program today. Russell talked about his recent win at the Sage Valley Junior Invitational, what he learned from watching the pros while competing in a Korn Ferry Tour event last season and what the next steps are in his golf journey. Solomon doves into the player/media relations that have been under scrutiny the last couple weeks, whether plays should have to talk to the media and if the rollback steps are enough and what additional tweaks he thinks need to be made.

Writers Shane Ryan and Sean Zak joined the program today. Zak dove into the Viktor Hovland win and Justin Thomas performance at the Valspar and been to look ahead to Augusta National and The Masters while also sharing wha the thought was most important in year two for TGL - a Dallas team with Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth. Ryan talked about the relationship between the golf media and the players/agents and where trust needs to come into play and where he felt not enough players took the time to cultivate the right media relationships so their stories were told fair and accurately.

PGA TOUR pro Bud Cauley and The Fried Egg's Andy Johnson joined the show today. Cauley, fresh off of a T6 at THE PLAYERS talked about how it felt to be in contention as he was playing on a medical exemption trying to regain full status, if there are any lingering effects from his car accident and how he'll prepare for the rest of the year ahead. Johnson talked about Rory McIlroy and how he played at THE PLAYERS and the test that remains ahead at Augusta and The Masters.

Kelly, a stalwart on PGA TOUR Champions dove into what has made him a better golfer at 58, how his competitive streak took shape, how equipment has brought the athlete into golf, how amazing Bernhard Langer still is and he talked about his partnership with Cologuard and how important the work they are doing to help early screening for colon cancer. Carpenter made her first appearance and discussed the top teams and players in the collegiate game and shared some dark horses for teams to keep an eye on as the NCAA Championship come into focus.
