Ben further delves into his personal health journey, discussing his struggle with high sugar content and the subsequent lifestyle changes he implemented to improve his health, which included cutting back on sugar, improving his nutrition, and incorporating more physical activities in his routine. As a result, Ben lost significant weight and reduced his risk of diabetes, which had initially triggered his health overhaul.
