I did my first Crossfit Competition by doing the Festivus Games. I had a blast but I have never winced so many times watching people workout.
Please for the love of all things fitness... stop doing kettlebells if you don't want to learn how to teach kettlebells. Also, judging standards needs to change and a few more thoughts.
But I'd totally do it again!
