When it comes to information on resistance training and nutrition for improving body composition, Brad's content is something I have sought out for over 15 years.
Brad is a professor of exercise science at Lehman College in the Bronx, New York, where he serves as the graduate director of the Human Performance and Fitness program.
Brad has published more than 300 peer-reviewed scientific papers on various exercise and sports nutrition-related topics.
He is the author of the outstanding book,
"Science and Development of Muscle Hypertrophy”. I have read this book and have gone back on many occasions for refreshers on specific topics.
I highly recommend it.
Brad was also previously the Sports Nutritionist for the New Jersey Devils hockey organization.
