Gorgeous Listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home,
Today's episode is a rare insight into the mind and philosophy of a seminal figure in my own learning - Executive Coach, Entrepreneur and unspoken spiritual teacher, Felix Hirschburger.
Felix was among our early podcast guests, and his insights on how to re-wire the mind while optimising the body made him one of our most popular guests.
Today, we welcome Felix back to the studio for an even deeper conversation - on human potential, the holistic toolkit for deep personal~professional growth and how to embrace the rippled nature of your individual journey. As a business figure, Felix is known for his calm assurance, strategic mind and entrepreneurial leadership. As a human - for the generosity and grace to arrive with others in true openness, curiosity and compassion. His evolution as a father has been as foundational to this spirit of care as his work as a Coach - as you will hear.
Together we discuss:
The surprise and surrender of a lifelong journey toward deeper self - and how to find meaning in both the joy and challengeLearning to embrace professional growth - whether you're in a period of momentum, or a forced pause. And, what happens when we can cultivate equanimity to it all. The body as a vessel for not only greater consciousness but rewiring the stress response, welcoming calm, experiencing delightPsychedelic journeys - the benefits, the pitfalls and what peak experiences can cultivate for those called to the pathAs ever, I am left moved and inspired by time with this incredible man - I know you will be too.

Gorgeous Listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home,
In this week's Short, we explore the profound significance of the birthing process and why a "Conscious Birth" experience is so vital to the wellbeing of both mother and child.
We're joined by Charlotte Mindel; a Pre and Post-Natal birthing Coach, who's mission is to place power back into the hands of women giving birth. Charlotte works holistically with mothers and their families to support all elements of the birthing experience - from education on the physiology of pregnancy / birth to awakening internal awareness, building positive mind-set and ultimately, offering parents the agency to choose the sort of birth that's right for them.
In Charlotte's view, Western birth has become a deeply disconnected experience - both for the expectant mother and within a wider society that isolates and systematises the process and prescriptions. Her focus is on connecting mothers back to their intuition, growing their resources and the self-permission to follow a path that's truly authentic. She sees birth as a marker of the person - and therefore, as an immeasurable tool to find deeper personal alignment. In this powerful excerpt we explore not only the nature and benefits of hypnobirthing but how shifts in thinking can revolutionise our experience of pain / sensation - in each and every day that we're willing to stay with, be curious, and follow the messages emanating from the body. If you're someone navigating discomfort, diagnosis or simply wanting to take greater agency in your felt experience of life, this is the episode for you.

Gorgeous Listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home,
Today, we're thrilled to welcome onto the podcast a true pioneer in the world of movement and Pilates - the Founder of Polestar Pilates, Dr Brent Anderson.
Dr Brent will be a familiar name to many of you - an internationally-acclaimed speaker, author, reputed expert in physical therapy & movement science, and arguably one of the most forward-thinking, community-led Pilates Educators we have. This conversation marks his third feature on the podcast; and a truly personal insight into the passions, principles and deep faith that lie behind his vision. His goal - to carry a spiritual and profoundly humanistic ethos into everything he does - to cultivate not only better movement, better health, but infinitely richer lives.
In today’s episode, Dr. Brent and I delve into pivotal but lesser-spoken influences on human health, happiness and change.
We learn his insights on:
What "coming home" truly means, and why finding that personal epicentre is so critical to everything we do in the worldHow to gain clarity on your purpose and unique message, and move beyond the confidence barriers that hold you backDr. Brent's community-centric vision for society, and the impact of moving from an individualistic to collective viewThe importance of an ethical and value-based compass, and the impact this has on how we act and are receivedDr Brent's own spiritual faith - and how this has guided every aspect of the worldwide pilates organisation he has builtMoving through grief, acknowledging suffering and nevertheless, finding the light of gratitude and connection that are its antidote. An episode filled with openness, intimacy and the soft dusting of hope - the perfect listen to guide you through your next steps in movement, self-development and leaving your unique imprint on the world.

Gorgeous Listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home,
Today we’re joined by a special repeat podcast guest - author, pilates, movement and pelvic floor specialist, Claire Sparrow.
Claire is a renowned figure in the movement world, marrying her passion for pilates with her wider mission - to restore women's pelvic health and grant them newfound agency, optimism and physical potential. She is a ceaseless champion of others, as you will know if you have read her book "Hope for your Pelvic Floor", visited her studios or joined one of her online programmes.
What Claire and I really unite on, is the webbed connection of body~mind and the profound influence of the human heart on creating businesses, communities and movements of deepest impact. Which, you'll be delighted to know, is exactly what we explore in this second conversation together... We explore Claire's most impactful life lessons; how she has cultivated her curiosity and intuition (and how you can too); what she had to re-learn about "learning"; curing yourself of pedestalisation; and why community sits at the centre of everything she offers.
An open, beautiful exchange - with its landing message: that love is everything.

Gorgeous Listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home,
On today's episode on FYWH, we’re offering you a gem from our archive on one of the most popular topic requests we receive - how to navigate the complex and nuanced road of "recovery". So many struggle with ongoing, undiagnosed and life-impacting compulsion - whether to food, substances or forms of social and technology engagement that are fundamentally damaging. The question becomes - in a world ripe with opportunity for dependency and dislocation, how do we find our way home? To mind, to body and to a loving inner voice that advocates for us.
In this week's episode we hear from the incredible talent and charisma of our favourite Robbie Tomkins - celebrity nail artist and mental health advocate. Robbie shares tenderly and openly about his own experience of body dysmorphia and ED; how his negative self-beliefs started early, how they distorted his identity and actions and his incredible road to recovery, and deepest self-embrace.
For all those facing these themes, even on the smallest level, know that we see you, you're far from alone, and there are people, places and practices that can guide you back toward yourself.
With such love, for this heart-opening episode,
A x

How to expand to your fullest scale; facing the fear of rejection
Beauties, welcome to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home; a tender and intimate Solo episode on the theme of expansion. How we can allow ourselves to truly, congruently and in full authenticity reach our full scale.
How often have you / do you find yourself shrinking? Shying away from a next wave of visibility; blocking yourself from the next step in your business; hiding at a social event while playing the pernicious compare~despair game; pretending that you want less for yourself than you really do in your heart; even, keeping mute when your opinion on even the smallest topic veers from popular opinion.
It's so persuasive - the deep human need for belonging - and unwatched, causes so much compromise in who we allow ourselves to be. So in this week's episode I guide you through the question of "Bigness": what facilitates it, what stands in the way, why we are so afraid for rejection in the face of it, and how we can test-the-theory of our own fears.
Come on a little journey with me to identify where you sit on the spectrum, and what you can do if you desire greater freedom to expand... And make sure to listen until the end, where I share some of the beautiful things coming up this year, and ways you self-developers can get involved.
Love, always

On today's episode of FYWH, we're speaking to Alex Street; master Brand-storyteller and Founder of StoryArc.

He is now an internationally-lauded StoryTelling and Speaking Coach, supporting clients 1:1 and in group to find the real clarity of their message - and share that brazenly with the world.

Gorgeous Listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home,
On this week's Minisode, we sit down with one of my favourite people and a veritable font of knowledge on all things Functional Medicine, Health and a Holistic approach to well-being. She needs little introduction to my regular listeners but for those of you that are new to us - welcome to the insight and wisdom of Phoebe Liebling.
Phoebe has been dedicated to the art and science of functional nutrition for over a decade, supporting thousands of clients toward truly personalised wellness. Through her thriving clinical practice "Liebling Health", her recipes, published writings, speaking events and extensive social media offering, she stewards a next-generation of informed and astute consumers. An audience guided by the desire to live well, in equilibrium, from a place of ease rather than overwhelm.
In this juicy excerpt from her first episode on the Podcast, Phoebe and I dive into the manifold links between mind and body in the realm of nutrition; how to assess and adapt ones food habits for improved function; and why there really is no "right" or "wrong" where eating is concerned. Phoebe speaks about her own passion for the craft, what her life has experience taught her and how each and every one of us can come home to a more nourishing relationship with food.

Gorgeous listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home
Something a little different for you today; a Solo Episode, just you and me, exploring how to carve out the life you truly want to live.
Fresh off the back of my return from an incredible, full, challenging week in Miami, we dive into what it's like to take a "Time-Out" on your day to day - and why that decision can be so meaningful and yet so confronting. What happens when we give ourselves the time to pause, reflect and get truly honest about what we want, what we're enacting, and possibly, the distance between the two....?
I'll also be sharing my biggest takeaways from this incredible transatlantic excursion - from an inside eye on Kate Northrup's incredible Relaxed Money event, to meeting my idols, flirting with a Miami Fireman (when in Rome...) and finding a sense of belonging so far away from "home". For those that have been asking for a little more personal insight into my world, life and flourishing community - this is your moment...

Gorgeous listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home
On today's episode of FYWH, we’re joined by the unparalleled Dr. Bertice Berry - Internationally-revered Sociologist, Public Speaker and prolific author. Not to mention, a woman of deep faith, heart and humanitarian commitment.
Bertice's career and public message speak to the criticality of "living your message"; one of voice, authenticity and expansion beyond the limitations of belief, early childhood experience or the sense of "separated self". Her deepest learnings have come from her own experience - growing into heart-led leadership, navigating bereavement, the surprise adoption of her wonderful children and the humbling learnings of chronic pain.
In this inspiring listen, Bertice shares not only her own journey but her blueprint, garnered through decades in the field, on how to find the 'sound of the genuine' within you. How to open our self-esteem up by listening to and honouring that sound, allowing us to see past the negative self-stories we create day to day.
What you'll hear is the story of a woman who is deeply connected not only to herself but, her community, her family, her "purpose" (the great "why") and ultimately, to life itself.A powerful and empowering episode - and a sign to break free from entrapment by the mind, into the fullness of who we can really be.

Gorgeous listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home
On this week's Podcast Short, we’re joined by Alex Coleman - among the “insiders” in the movement space. A dedicated athlete, Pilates teacher and movement specialist, Alex’s career has been built on bringing her rather impressive roster of clients back to full functionality, physical and emotional health. Body up and mind down.
In this excerpt, Alex discusses the profound importance of movement discipline - and what that structure, repetition and progression over time has taught her about her body, it’s capabilities and what it merits on a day to day basis. So many of us are guilty of neglecting the skin we’re in - from too little movement to too little light, nourishment, human contact. As you’ll hear, Alex has arrived at a blueprint that allows her to find peace, centre and empowered strength both in her stillness and her physicality. In today’s episode, she shares the “how”.
A beautiful and thought-provoking listen - offering inspiration on how to live a deeper, more connected life; how to identify your own wants and values; and how to identify when your environment or lifestyle no longer fit the person you’re becoming.

Gorgeous Listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home,
And what a share it is…
Harriet Starling is a singer like no other. Powerful, intuitive, unnervingly emotionally-attuned and profoundly committed to elevating her audiences. To change lives not only through her lyrics, but through provoking conversations on self-worth, core belief and reaching big. A trauma-informed Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Educator and Pop Singer, she defies industry expectations of what a woman in her 30s should think, say, do, and expect from this wild and wonderful life.
In our tender conversation, fresh off the release of her new single QUEEN, we dive straight into her story & how it has shaped her mission as an artist. Starling shares her personal struggles with family addiction and trauma; the therapist that saved her life (for free); and her musical rise in the haziness of 00s London. She speaks with rare honesty about her own battles with mental health, self-belief and staying faithful to your vision even when “success” feels evasive. We talk fame, visibility, using your voice and finding physiological safety from the inside out.
It’s a beautiful, vulnerable and truly insightful episode - for my Creatives, my Visionaries, my soulful guides, this one is for you.

Gorgeous listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home
On this week's Podcast Short, we sit down with Master NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist and Trauma-Informed Havening Practitioner, Gillian Stevenson.
Gillian is an incredible resource on the intersection between neurology, biology and the sustained healing of complex trauma. As you’ll hear in this beautiful excerpt, Gillian has spent her career pursuing not only the tools for creating deep emotional change, but understanding (and sharing) the science behind them.
In today’s episode, we dive into her favourite focus topic - a powerful somatic practice called Havening, which is increasingly used in therapeutic interventions for both “external” traumas (PTSD / family conflict / war etc) and perhaps more internalised challenges such as chronic pain, phobia and mental illness.
You will hear how exactly Havening works physiologically; why it’s so effective in the navigation of sustained mental or physical challenge; and how we can practically apply Havening in any moment we find ourselves to be activated by old / practiced neural pathways. Whether you’re someone working to reduce anxiety, retrain your beliefs or improve sleep, or a practitioner looking for additional somatic tools to support your clients with, this is a powerful and insightful Mini to learn from.

Gorgeous listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home
In today’s conversation, recorded just ahead of Christmas, we dive deep into one of my favourite topics - the world of Ceremonial Cacao. Its physiological impact, its indigenous ceremonial use, and its utter potency as a tool for social and spiritual connection. All from the mind and heart of another rare and precious resource - Noa Geva; decades-long Cacao Facilitator and Founder of Cacao Magic, a Costa Rican organisation committed to sharing the benefits of cacao across the globe.
In Noa’s words, Cacao is for remembrance - of our sanctity, of our intuition and of our role as stewards of an abundant earth. This precious magic cannot be separated from the communities that cultivated it. And as Noa explains, the Talamanca lineage - that of the Bri Bri tribe of native Costa Rica - use Cacao as the primary healer when any form of emotional, physical or societal sickness is identified among them. It is for the healing of the collective - a powerful reminder for those of us in a Western society, so encouraged to forget the communal, in favour of the individual.
Highlights of this episode include:
The physiological and holistic benefits of this ancient fruitIts sacred role and purpose - enhancing heart-connection, emotional attunement, spiritual awakening and a sense of our collective purposeThe lineage of the BriBri; Costa Rica’s only extant indigenous tribe, now numbering 15000 across the Talamanca Region How Cacao Magic came to be born - the tiniest expression of love from an Israeli family who relocated to Costa Rica to build a new life, led from the heartHow to use Cacao in your own practice - whether as a civilian, spiritual-explorer or practitioner supporting othersThe legacy Creation Story of the Bri Bri tribe, and what it has to teach us about living / loving in the modern ageTo find out more about Noa, Cacao Magic and their beautiful work:

Gorgeous listeners,
Welcome to a special episode of Finding Your Way Home - my personal guide to how to find, keep and operate from your deepest heart & centre this Christmas.
It is a TIME loves; globally, societally, and famillialy. And every year, I receive countless messages from clients, listeners and friends asking how to keep their shape during this somewhat strenuous slew of family events, work socialising and looming professional deadlines. Come 24th December most are expected, like clockwork, to "drop" their working persona / pressures, override the niggling sense of winter fatigue and with immediate effect - "enjoy themselves". While surrounded by many of the figures and experiences that have historically detached them from true self-connection, self-embrace, self-esteem.
So what do we do? If unconscious, "push through" - using a well-practiced blend of conditioning, adaptative response and numbing / coping strategies. OR, my loves - awaken. And as you do, feel for the sort of Christmas experience you'd most love. You are your own driver - and at any moment, you can choose the experience you welcome in.
So here it is - a full episode on how to stay truly WITH yourself and others this Christmas. The lens, understanding and strategies you most need to stay present, compassionate, lovingly detached and most importantly - in a place of agency in your own life.
Take a listen, soak it in and let me know of anything that arises - I'd love to know how the episode impacts you, and what takeaways you bring in to your own seasonal break.
With such love, wherever you are and however you are choosing to celebrate this time. Thank you for being a part of my Christmas, it means the world.

Justine’s work is a profound exploration of what it means to truly meet yourself, unburdening the shame, fear, and judgment that hold us back from intimacy and aliveness. In this conversation, we dive into the complexities of intimacy, sexuality, and the joy of being fully present in our bodies. Justine shares her personal journey, from years of silent meditation retreats to exploring the often-taboo realm of desire, connection, and the erotic as life force. What does it mean to truly transform? Lessons from a celebrated author, clairvoyant, and mentor...
This week on Finding Your Way Home, I had the immense privilege of sitting down with the extraordinary Penney Peirce, an internationally renowned intuitive guide, celebrated author and thought leader in the field of transformational consciousness. Penney’s wisdom is deeply rooted in her own incredible life journey - spanning from graphic design to clairvoyance, working globally to teach the art of intuition, and penning influential books such as Leap of Perception and Frequency.
Together, we explored:
The profound difference between change and transformation. How to perceive life holographically, beyond linear thinking. The power of "truth and anxiety signals" in decision-making.Why honouring your "home frequency" leads to alignment and clarity.Practical ways to trust intuition, shift perspectives, and live fully in the present moment.Penney also shared moving personal stories, from overcoming health challenges to healing karmic patterns, and her vision for a compassionate, intuitive world where connection to self and others reigns supreme.
