We also break down this weekend's long-anticipated Chinese GP, and the stoic success of Lando Norris - why I called, BY THE WAY.

The Chinese Grand Prix returns after a half-decade-COVID-induced hiatus! On this opinionated episode of F1 Isn't Real, Amesh and I discuss the economic consequences of China's return to the calendar - not to mention the stuff that really matters, the quality of the racing itself. Have Alpine sold their souls, is Aston Martin on the rise, and which F1 podcast is the best? At F1 Isn't Real, we answer all of your burning queries.
In addition to a rundown of all (MOST) things China, we spend the last 10 minutes of the ep pondering some of the most outrageous head-to-head concepts that F1 has to offer, including the mysifying question of a Hamilton retirement against a Sainz World Championship win. -
After a brisk Easter hiatus, Amesh and I are back - with a vengeance. In this week's episode, Amesh and I pour some alcohol in the Williams-funded fire, smugly toasting our marshmallows over the soon-defunct career of yet another paid driver. Join us as we recommence the GOAT debate in the sport of F1, and muse with us over the possibilities and probabilities of Hamilton's Ferrari stint. All this and more in this week's episode of F1 Isn't Real. Welcome back.

Just when you thought that our sport was lost forever - just when you started making plans for hibernation to avoid the Verstappen vortex - F1 IS BACK! ... ? In a weekend of deceit, dangerous driving and deranged team decisions, one may rose from the flaming tumbleweed. The recently de-organed Carlos Sainz took a lifeline F1 victory in the sport's fight to survive the cutthroat conflict for relevancy in the modern sporting landscape. Though the status quo is likely to resume in Suzuka, F1 fans everywhere can gleefully absorb this slice of mayhem, while it lasts. Welcome back to F1 Isn't Real.

If you thought '2025 Driver Lineup Predictions' couldn't get worse, look no further than the F1 Isn't Real choices. Amesh and I rustle up controversy once again with the most outlandish and bamboozling selections, defying contract agreements and sending off the likes of Bottas and Magnussen to premature retirement. We live life on the edge.

What a display from the young Brit, Bearman! The F2 star secured 7th place on Saturday's Saudi GP after jumping into the Ferrari with less than a day's notice. Is he the future of Ferrari, or yet another one-hit wonderkid? Amesh and I also muse over the concept of an Alonso to Red Bull alternate universe, as well as the Piastri-Hamilton mega-tussle. All this and more in a fashionably late edition of F1 Isn't Real.

This week, joined once again by Amesh (V1,) we digest the initial weekend of racing for the 2024 F1 season, at sun-parched Bahrain. In this episode, packed with detours and tangents, Amesh and I discuss the probability of the wildest driver rumours. Is Max off to Mercedes? Could Piastri take his place? On the racing front, we deliberate over the dismal Alpine decline and the 'contract termination effect' (the best form of CTE) on Sainz's performance. All this and more in a controversial (?) and conclusive episode of F1 Isn't Real.
