    Sope explains that the real test begins the first time an entrepreneur experiences that drop and, the best people learn how to come back stronger by using it as a learning opportunity. Those who do make it, learn to appreciate the highs and the lows that happen along the way.


    Sope also stresses that the state of your relationships is key to success. No entrepreneur succeeds in isolation, whether you have friends, family or colleagues, they will all contribute to getting you to the next stage of your business and career.
