saint benedict’s table is a liturgical community in the Anglican tradition, deeply involved at the intersection of faith and culture. Along with posting our weekly Sunday sermons, we are creating new podcasts exploring themes and questions of interest both to the church and to the wider culture. Inspired by what Robert Webber called “the church’s ancient-future,” we draw deeply on the great liturgical, theological and spiritual traditions of our forebears as we explore new ground, new music, new ideas and new futures. The Words Matter Podcast brings you insights, reflections and conversations focused on the latest evidence, theory, philosophy and practice of communication-focused healthcare.
Find out about the more tacit, 'softer' and personal side of clinical practice such as the role of philosophy, beliefs, behaviours, developing therapeutic relationships or the purposeful use of language with people experiencing pain from expert academics, clinicians and researchers from across the world and spanning the musculoskeletal disciplines. This podcast will help you reflect on your own current practice and inform and stimulate you to consider new ways of approaching your practice and patients, to create a better clinical experience and outcomes in people with musculoskeletal pain.
Hosted by Dr Oliver Thomson PhD, an osteopath and Associate Professor who is passionate about researching and educating clinicians on a revised narrative, communication and biopsychosocial approach to musculoskeletal therapy. Rhetoricity is a quasi-academic podcast that draws on rhetoric, theory, weird sound effects, and the insights of a lot of other people. It's something that's a little strange and, with luck, a little interesting. The podcast's description will evolve along with it. So far, most episodes feature interviews with rhetoric and writing scholars.
The podcast is a project of Eric Detweiler, an assistant professor in the Department of English at Middle Tennessee State University. For more on Rhetoricity and his other work, visit http://RhetEric.org. -

This is the first Christian Podcast specifically designed for the unbeliever. The number one goal of this show is to change the way Christians view/treat the people who don't believe the same way they do and to create a safe environment for the unbeliever to be able to speak about how/why they came to believe what they do. We speak with people from all walks of faith I.E When creating this show we noticed that most Christian media was designed for the person who already believed in the Christian God so we decided to change that! This show is a crazy ride of emotions and an unmatched journey to learn how to love one another like Jesus commanded.
