Coca-Cola broke all the rules when they developed the Coca-Cola Signature Mixer range. For the first time in the brand´s 134 year history, Coca-Cola invited bartender community to collaborate on their liquid in order to create something truly groundbreaking and unique. Some of the world´s top mixologists were invited to put their stamp on a new generation of cutting-edge mixers to pair with dark spirits. This series looks at what made the co-creators make drinks.

Mark Shayler: Being allowed to collaborate with one of the World’s best mixers is a real privilege. It is also a big responsibility. Mark developed the co-creation workshop that built Coca-Cola Signature Mixers range. Sure the bartenders made drinks, but they also heard about coffee, had to find go on safari to find new flavours, and looked into the future of flavour. Mark explains how the session worked and why it worked.
