Listen to this podcast and prepare to be touched by Louis and his story of becoming a dad for the first time. Becoming a parent during covid added to the stress as did postpartum shock. Fortunately, Louis followed his instincts and had the emotional sensitivity and courage to begin to listen to his newborn and bring the principles of aware parenting to his family. There are no maps for becoming a father but we hope that this will inspire other fathers to discover their own unique way to embody parenting in a whole-hearted way.
