  • In this episode, I talk about why it's NOT selfish if you need alone time, and how to find it (even in the busiest lives). For me, I need space to hear my own thoughts, to organize my life, to know what I want/need, and to know the next steps. I've found TRUTH in the adage that when you look after yourself first, you — and everyone around you — will be richly rewarded.

  • This interview with Sharon Oakley is pure gold. She shares her story of postpartum bladder leakage (and ultimately, prolapse), and how this led her to feeling like her vagina was "broken." Sharon was able to identify old stories and limiting beliefs that were holding her back, and rewrote them in a way that propelled her forward to health. With tools such as journaling and reframes, Sharon was able to resolve a majority of her pelvic floor concerns and is now living an active life with her husband and son.

  • May is Pelvic Pain Awareness month, and I'm continuing our pain series with Elizabath Makous, AKA "The Pelvic Whisperer." Even if you don't have pain, if you appreciate creativity, bio-individuality, and getting to the ROOT of an issue, then you're going to love this interview. Elizabeth shares:
