  • The #1 cause of heart disease is not what you think! Find out about the biggest cause of heart disease and what you can do to turn things around. In this video, I’ll share some key tips to help reduce your risk of heart problems. 0:00 Introduction: What causes heart disease?

0:31 Insulin resistance and heart disease

    1:04 Signs of insulin resistance

    1:45 What causes insulin resistance?

3:57 The root cause of heart disease

4:13 How to lower your risk of cardiovascular disease

Visceral fat around the heart covers your arteries and heart muscle. Inflammation from this fat goes directly into the heart before any other place in the body!

Insulin is a major contributor to visceral fat accumulation around the heart. When insulin is high, your body stores fat, and you gain weight. When it’s low, you lose weight, especially visceral fat surrounding the heart. When you have insulin resistance, your insulin receptors no longer accept insulin.

If you have insulin resistance, you may notice the following symptoms:

•Waist circumference greater than 40 inches in men and 35 inches in women

•Skin tags or darkened armpits or groin area

    •High triglycerides or low HDL

    •Difficulty losing weight

•Difficulty going for long periods without a meal

Insulin resistance can be caused by high-carb, high-sugar diets, stress, and chronic sleep problems. Seed oil consumption is one of the greatest contributors to insulin resistance.

Industrial seed oils are highly processed with high heat and chemicals like hexane. Seed oils remain in your cells for over a year, which can damage the insulin receptor on the surface of the cells. The average person gets 25 to 30 percent of their calories from seed oils!

Keto can help reverse insulin resistance, but you must do Healthy Keto® with higher-quality ingredients. Use healthy fats such as butter, tallow, and coconut oil, rather than seed oils.

The biggest cause of heart disease is epicardial fat (fat deposits around the heart), which is caused by consuming sugar, starch, and seed oils—the main components of ultra-processed foods.

To eliminate epicardial fat and reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, there are a few things that you can do:

•Eliminate seed oils and replace them with healthy oils

    •Follow a Healthy Keto diet

•Do intermittent fasting and have two meals per day, without snacks

    •Cold therapy

•Consume apple cider vinegar in a glass of water a few times per day

    •Consume berberine

  • Is baking soda safe to drink? It has been used in countless natural remedies, but are there any baking soda dangers you should be aware of? Watch this video before drinking baking soda or using a baking soda remedy!

0:00 Introduction: Is baking soda safe to drink?

    0:39 Baking soda health benefits

0:49 Baking soda for an acid stomach

2:49 Baking soda for teeth and oral health

4:33 How to safely use baking soda

5:11 Other natural remedies using baking soda

Sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline compound made naturally by the pancreas to help neutralize stomach acid as it enters the small intestine. A poorly functioning pancreas can result in bloating, diarrhea, and constipation.

Baking soda can work as a temporary solution for an acid stomach, but not for indigestion! Indigestion is caused by low stomach acid, so baking soda would only worsen the problem. Apple cider vinegar and betaine hydrochloride can help with indigestion.

GERD and acid reflux are also related to low stomach acid, but baking soda can help temporarily. ACV and betaine hydrochloride are better long-term solutions. Baking soda can also help with gastritis, but it should be taken with zinc carnosine for this problem.

Stomach acid should be highly acidic with a pH between 1 and 3. Drinking baking soda for long periods can neutralize your stomach acid, inhibiting your ability to digest protein, absorb B12, and absorb minerals. Low stomach acid can also lower your ability to kill microbes and pathogens in your food.

Baking soda neutralizes the acid in your mouth and is an excellent addition to toothpaste. It can also help relieve itching related to a kidney problem and enhance athletic performance!

Baking soda consumption can help prevent kidney stones and can also be helpful if you have a UTI.

Baking soda can be used topically for certain insect bites, especially for fire ant bites and bee stings. It can also be used as pest control for insects like cockroaches.

Don't take baking soda with vinegar or lemon juice! This creates a significant amount of carbon dioxide, which can leave you feeling bloated.

  • Add the best superfood for immunity to your diet today! Discover the countless health benefits of colostrum for your immune system, gut health, and more. Learn about the benefits of colostrum for adults and aging populations. It’s not just for babies!

0:00 Introduction: The best superfood for immunity

    0:44 What is colostrum?

    1:12 Colostrum benefits

    3:33 Colostrum for adults

    3:43 Colostrum and gut health

    4:01 More colostrum uses

    4:54 How to take colostrum

Colostrum is produced in the first 24 to 72 hours after birth. It’s golden in color and rich in essential probiotics, including L. reuteri. It’s significantly more immune-building than regular milk and even contains stem cells. Colostrum also contains an important prebiotic called HMO (human milk oligosaccharides) that feeds the probiotics found in breast milk.

Colostrum contains cholesterol and omega-3 fats, vital for brain health, and important hormones like oxytocin and cortisol.

Many infants are fed infant formula, which is essentially ultra-processed food calories. Most infant formulas are made of low-quality ingredients such as maltodextrin and soy, and they lack the immune benefits and probiotics of breast milk.

Children who were fed infant formula are more predisposed to allergies, asthma, skin problems, obesity, cognitive delays, and other health problems.

If you didn’t get colostrum as a baby, there are still many benefits of colostrum for adults. You can take colostrum in supplement form. Colostrum is beneficial for gut health and can help fix a leaky gut or gut damage. It can help lower inflammation, increase good microbes, and decrease pathogens.

Colostrum has powerful benefits for respiratory problems such as allergies and asthma. It can also help an overactive immune system and many autoimmune conditions. Colostrum helps support the thymus glands as you age and is very beneficial for age-related problems such as muscle loss, wrinkles, macular degeneration, and arthritis. It can even help with long COVID, Hashimoto’s, autism, and Lyme disease. Colostrum is heat-sensitive, so look for a freeze-dried supplement!

  • Today, I’m going to tell you how to get rid of acne permanently! Acne creams and medications treat the symptoms but don’t address the root cause of the issue. Topical acne creams can address the issue temporarily. Products containing annatto extract, a special form of vitamin E, can control oil production, but the real problem is not excess oil production!

Acne and blackheads are not caused by increased oil production. The real problem is the production of thicker, stickier oil. The following factors cause this thicker sebum production:

    1. Hormones (androgens)

    2. Too much insulin

    3. Zinc deficiency

    4. Vitamin A deficiency

    5. Seed oil consumption

Your sebum is mainly composed of unsaturated fat. When you consume seed oils, they eventually reemerge in your skin’s oil! Seed oils can also build up in the liver, inhibiting bile production, which interferes with the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamin A.

Ultra-processed foods are a major contributor to acne. They contain refined sugars and refined starches, which deplete your zinc. They destroy the liver, which inhibits your ability to use vitamin A. Sugar, starches, and seed oils also contribute to insulin resistance.

For the best one-time acne fix that addresses the problem permanently, you must follow a diet that keeps androgens and insulin low, while offering plenty of zinc and vitamin A. Follow a low-carb diet, avoiding sugar and starch.

It is vital to eliminate seed oils and reduce your consumption of other foods high in omega-6 fatty acids. This includes grain-fed meat, such as grain-fed chicken, and their eggs.

For healthy skin, free of acne, consume grass-fed meats and wild-caught fish. Increase shellfish, which is high in zinc, and foods such as grass-fed butter, grass-fed beef liver, and cod liver oil for vitamin A.

  • Onion juice is a natural hair loss remedy for many different types of hair loss. Whether autoimmune, nutritional, or fungal, onion juice can help stop hair loss naturally and stimulate natural hair growth quickly.

Onions are loaded with sulfur, an essential building block for keratin, the protein that builds your hair. Onions have a high amount of quercetin, which is beneficial for autoimmune hair loss cases caused by alopecia.

Quercetin helps increase the growth hormones of the hair follicle. It’s also a powerful antimicrobial, so it can help protect the scalp against the overgrowth of yeast, fungus, and mold.

To use onion juice for hair growth, chop one red onion and blend it in a blender. Put the blended onion through a cheesecloth to separate the liquid from the pulp. Massage the liquid into your scalp for a few minutes in the shower. Don’t rinse! Allow the onion juice to sit in your hair for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Rinse your hair and shampoo twice to remove onion odor. Do this twice per week for 4 to 6 weeks. You should notice hair growth after week 3 or 4!

To increase the benefits of onion juice for hair, add 5 drops of rosemary oil. In a 2015 randomized trial, rosemary oil was found to be as effective as one of the top medications for alopecia.

Rosemary oil has several anti-inflammatory and antioxidant phytonutrients that increase blood flow to the scalp.

While onion juice for hair has been proven effective, fermenting it can increase its effectiveness! To do this, combine onion juice, 8 ounces of water, a teaspoon of sea salt, and a ½ teaspoon of raw honey in a glass or mason jar.

Cover the mixture with a cheesecloth and allow it to ferment at room temperature for 72 hours. This enhances the quercetin in the onion juice, increasing hair growth. Put the mixture through a cheesecloth to separate the liquid.

If you’re experiencing hair loss, taking 10,000 to 20,000 IU of vitamin D daily is very beneficial. A healthy diet is also imperative!

  • Today, we’re going to talk about the benefits of stretching every day. A simple stretching workout can provide the following benefits:

    •Improved sleep

    •Decreased inflammation

    •Decreased pain

    •Counters past injuries

    •Calms the nervous system

Many people think their muscles are tight when it’s really the fascia! Your fascia is like a wetsuit that surrounds the entire body.

Helene Langevin of the National Institutes of Health discovered through acupuncture that when a needle is inserted into the skin, collagen fibers of the fascia begin winding around the needle!

When you injure your fascia, you develop scar tissue, which can interfere with movement. Healthy fascia should be dynamic, movable, flexible, and even has electrical properties! Unhealthy or injured fascia develops a disorganized pattern of connective tissue. Stretching at home daily keeps your fascia healthy.

Tight muscles and tissues that cause bad posture are one of the biggest problems you can have with your fascia. The more you can elongate your connective tissue, the better it will be for your fascia.

A good daily stretching routine is one of the best ways to prevent stiffness associated with aging.

Follow along and try this easy stretching routine for healthy fascia, flexibility, and improved posture!

  • You can have normal magnesium blood levels and still have a magnesium deficiency! This is because only 1% of magnesium is in your blood! The other 99% is inside your cells.

    Common magnesium deficiency symptoms include:

    •Muscle spasms

    •Muscle twitches

    •Anxiety

    •Poor sleep

    •Sugar cravings

    •Charley horses

Almonds, spinach, and chocolate contain magnesium, but you would need to consume a lot to meet your requirements!

Gut inflammation can decrease magnesium absorption by 60 to 70%. High-carb diets, alcohol, caffeine, and certain medications can deplete magnesium.

Top-selling magnesium products often have poor absorption and can cause diarrhea. Take magnesium glycinate for the best absorption rate and to avoid the laxative effect.

Magnesium is the master controller of calcium in the body, which is the primary communication signal between cells. Calcium often over-accumulates in the cells, which can lead to cellular damage. Magnesium is vital in regulating excess calcium in the body. It also helps prevent kidney stones.

Calcium causes your muscles to contract, while magnesium causes them to relax. Tight muscles signify too much calcium and not enough magnesium. Magnesium also prevents heart attacks and problems with the heart’s rhythm.

Correcting a magnesium deficiency takes time, and you need to make sure you’re taking enough. You may need 1000 to 1500 mg of magnesium daily to correct a deficiency. People with migraines, chronic pain, mood disorders, and diabetes may need more magnesium.

Vitamin D won't work without magnesium. When you increase your magnesium intake, also increase your vitamin D. Vitamin B1 is also dependent on magnesium. Magnesium is vital in ATP production, so your magnesium intake directly affects your energy levels.

  • Don’t wait for fatty liver symptoms to address your liver health! Find out what to eat for a fatty liver and discover the #1 superfood for liver health that can remove fat from the liver naturally.

NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) is being changed to MASH (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis), which essentially means a fatty liver with inflammation. Doctors treat this condition with medications and never truly address the root cause.NAFLD is often blamed on “too much nutrition”, but what does this mean? It’s not simply over-nutrition that causes a fatty liver. It’s the overconsumption of sugar, starches, and seed oils. Industrial sugars like high-fructose corn syrup are especially problematic for the liver.

Fatty liver symptoms include fatigue, pain or discomfort in the right upper quadrant, cognitive problems, yellow skin, hot and itchy feet, and extra weight around the midsection.

The medical field has used observational studies to claim that red meat, organ meats, liver, and eggs cause a fatty liver. However, observational studies can not determine causation! Research has shown that if you go on a low-carb, ketogenic diet, you can decrease 50% of the fat from your liver in a matter of weeks! To improve liver health and remove fat from the liver naturally, add the following liver detox foods to your diet:

    1. Grass-fed red meat offers high-quality protein with vital nutrients such as zinc, copper, and CoQ10. It also supports healthy blood sugar levels.

    2. Eggs have zero carbs and are a rich source of choline, which helps protect you from developing a fatty liver.

    3. Cruciferous vegetables, especially when fermented, help the liver with detoxification and also help to remove fat.

    4. Wild-caught salmon and other wild-caught fatty fish are a very nutritious source of protein and are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce liver inflammation.

    5. Broccoli sprouts contain sulforaphane, which has potent anti-cancer properties and helps detoxify the liver. They can also decrease A1C to stabilize blood sugar.

    6. The #1 food for liver health is grass-fed liver! Beef and lamb liver are low-carb, high in choline, nutrient-dense, and contain many trace minerals, vital in reducing liver fat and inflammation.

    1. Brain fog eraser

Brain fog is typically the result of a hypoglycemic situation, so increasing your high-quality protein intake is a helpful solution. The best protein source is nutrient-dense red meat.

    2. Increase CO2

Stress affects breathing and can cause you to take in too much oxygen. Increasing carbon dioxide by breathing through your nose may help with stress and also improve sleep, especially if you’re stressed out.

    3. Gallbladder massage

To find the gallbladder, press underneath the right rib cage and massage this area. This can help improve digestion and eliminate right shoulder pain.

    4. Acupressure for pain relief

The best acupressure technique for pain involves finding the mirror location of your pain on the opposite side of the body. Instead of applying pressure to the pain, you’ll apply pressure to this spot.

    5. Fix tight muscles

Be sure to stretch the muscle opposite of the muscle that’s causing you problems.

    6. Sea salt under the tongue

This works for weak muscles and can also work for fatigue.

    7. Neck pain relief for instant relaxation

A relaxed neck is vital for good sleep. For neck pain relief, apply pressure at the base of the hairline for instant relaxation. Apply pressure to this spot for about 2 minutes.

    8. Apple cider vinegar

Combine 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 to 4 ounces of water. Wait about 2 minutes and drink one more! This helps digestion and triggers the pancreas and gallbladder to release digestive juices.

    9. Joint pain relief exercises

Joint pain typically stems from a problem with your fascia—the connective tissue that covers the entire body. Stretching the fascia on the opposite side of the pain can often provide joint pain relief.

    10. Headache pain relief

Headaches often stem from past head injuries. Acupressure can provide headache pain relief if you apply pressure around the painful area.

    11. Sinus relief

Acupressure massage can provide instant relief for any type of breathing problem, such as sleep apnea, a deviated septum, and sinus problems.

  • If you want glowing, youthful skin, you must work from the inside out. Discover one of the best anti-aging foods for your skin to add to your diet today!

0:00 Introduction: How to look younger

    1:46 The best anti-aging food

    4:27 Collagen and anti-aging

    4:52 The best anti-aging diet

Is your beauty routine actually aging you? The creams and lotions you think are helping your skin could have plastics, toxic chemicals, and hidden carcinogens. Even the products containing collagen will not be absorbed topically through the skin.

Over-cleansing and excess scrubbing destroy your skin’s microbiome. Tap water contains fluoride and chlorine, which are toxic and damaging to the skin. A filter for your shower can help.

Statins can also destroy youthful skin. They block cholesterol, which is essential for skin health and integrity.

The FDA does not do third-party testing on the chemicals in your anti-aging products. The EU has banned 1600 cosmetic ingredients, while the US has only banned 30.

The best anti-aging food is high in retinol, an essential building block for connective tissue and vital for the skin’s immune function. This anti-aging food contains copper and zinc, which support skin elasticity and healing. It’s loaded with iron, and a single serving has more anti-wrinkle and anti-aging benefits than many expensive creams.

If you haven’t guessed, grass-fed liver is the #1 anti-aging superfood! Grass-fed liver contains every cofactor and nutrient necessary for healthy, youthful skin.

Some people don’t enjoy eating liver, and if you have preexisting liver damage, you may feel tired after eating it. If this happens, try taking one beef liver capsule before bed.

Soaking liver in lemon juice can improve its taste. Many good recipes also make it more palatable. Liver pâté, grass-fed liver pills, and blending liver with ground beef can also help mask the flavor.

If you consume collagen, you need many cofactors to penetrate the skin. Liver provides all of them!

Ultraprocessed foods will make you look older! Low-fat diets can also have an aging effect on the skin. Low-fat protein and poor quality protein will help you lose weight, but won’t help you look younger.

  • High blood pressure is not a disease! Learn how to lower blood pressure with dietary changes and increased intake of specific nutrients that act as natural blood pressure remedies in the body. Address the root cause of hypertension rather than just treating the symptoms.

0:00 Introduction: What causes high blood pressure?

    1:15 Blood pressure explained

2:10 How to lower blood pressure and address nutritional deficiencies

    2:38 Natural blood pressure remedies

4:33 Fixing insulin resistance to lower blood pressure

Over 90% of hypertension is labeled as having an unknown cause, which is very profitable for drug companies.

The endothelial layer of your arteries has insulin receptors. When these receptors are damaged, your blood pressure can increase.

Too much insulin allows too much calcium to enter the cells, so calcium channel blockers are often used to lower high blood pressure. However, the connection between insulin resistance and high blood pressure is usually ignored.

A protective shield called the glycocalyx typically covers the endothelial tissue on the inside of your arteries. When this shield becomes damaged, it can cause a cascade of problems, including cellular damage, inflammation, calcium buildup, and excess clotting. The glycocalyx is vulnerable to damage from glucose and fructose.

A low-carb diet and intermittent fasting can help you get healthy and lower your blood pressure quickly. Insulin resistance creates serious nutritional deficiencies that must also be addressed to lower blood pressure.

To help reverse high blood pressure, increase the following nutrients:

    •Vitamin D

    •Magnesium glycinate

    •Potassium

    •Sulfur

To fix insulin resistance and lower blood pressure, it’s important to avoid carbohydrates, sugar, starch, and seed oils. Remember that it may take a few weeks to notice blood pressure changes. A food log can help keep you on track.

If your blood pressure is decreasing, but you notice that the top number remains high, focus on reducing stress. Ensure you sleep enough, take long walks, or try ashwagandha to lower your stress levels.

0:00 Introduction: Not eating for 3 days?1:02 Intermittent fasting benefits1:44 Extended fasting benefits3:12 Autophagy and fasting 4:22 72-hour fast benefits 4:49 Immune benefits of extended fasting5:36 Fasting tips 6:28 How to break a fast

Did you know that insulin resistance is behind most chronic diseases, including many types of cancer? Frequent eating leads to insulin resistance, which blocks cells from getting fuel. Diets involving 5 to 6 small meals daily destroy the metabolism the most!

An intermittent fasting plan involving 18 hours of fasting with a 6-hour eating window can provide tremendous health benefits, such as weight loss in the midsection, improved mood, and decreased inflammation.

A 24 to 48-hour fast can significantly magnify the benefits of fasting. Extended fasting enables you to deplete the stored glycogen in your liver. You may also notice significant initial water weight loss.

During a 1 to 2-day fast, most of your fuel will come from ketones. Your microbes will thrive, and growth hormone will increase, boosting muscle growth and burning fat.Ketones will feed the neurons in the brain, so you may notice improved cognitive function.Extended fasting allows you to get into a state of autophagy, where your body removes damaged cells and proteins and creates new ones. Autophagy also allows you to build new brain cells.

A 3-day fast can produce even more benefits! Extended fasting for 72 hours can clean up intracellular pathogens, including Epstein-Barr and herpes viruses.

A 3-day fast can stimulate your immune system, protecting you against cancer and autoimmune diseases. You can achieve results similar to stem cell therapy for free!

If you’re unsure of how to fast and want to make the process as comfortable and beneficial as possible, try these fasting tips for the most fasting benefits:

•Coffee and tea are okay during a water fast

•Make sure you have enough sea salt

•Consume electrolytes like potassium and magnesium

Refeeding can have a negative impact after a 3-day fast. It’s best to rebuild your caloric intake slowly. Bone broth is a great option to break your fast.

  • ADHD is not genetic! In this video, we’ll examine the profound connection between ADHD and diet. Discover the foods that worsen ADHD symptoms, the relationship between ADHD and sugar intake, and the best ADHD diet to address the nutritional deficiencies that may be causing some of the symptoms in the first place.

0:00 Introduction: ADHD and poor nutrition

0:13 ADHD diagnosis and ADHD symptoms

1:54 Side effects of ADHD medications

    2:04 ADHD causes

    3:32 ADHD and food

    4:24 ADHD and nutritional deficiencies

    6:20 The best ADHD diet

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is typically diagnosed by identifying the following ADHD symptoms:

    •Makes mistakes easily

    •Lack of attention to detail

•Does not listen when spoken to directly

    •Doesn’t complete tasks

    •Cannot play quietly

    •Problems organizing

    •Loses things

    •Frequent fidgeting

    •Too much energy

    •Talks too much

Many ADHD symptoms are normal childhood behaviors, and a poor diet can exaggerate all of them.

ADHD is often treated with Adderall and Ritalin, which make lots of money for Big Pharma. The definition of ADHD has been dramatically expanded to make it more diagnosable, putting more people on medication.

A double-blinded study showed that after 36 months, any benefits from Adderall faded to zero. It also has side effects such as aggressive behavior or a dulled mood.

ADHD involves a metabolic problem with the prefrontal cortex of the brain. These metabolic changes affect the way the brain metabolizes fuel. If the brain is starved of fuel, you may exhibit symptoms like a lack of attention and hyperactivity. Chemicals like food dyes, artificial sweeteners, sugar, starch, and MSG tremendously impact behavior.

Increasing dopamine can improve focus and feelings of calmness. Foods such as meat, fish, eggs, and cheese are high in the amino acid L-tyrosine, the precursor to dopamine.

Research has shown that micronutrients, especially B6, magnesium, and zinc, can significantly decrease ADHD symptoms. Omega-3 fatty acids and fish oils can also improve symptoms without side effects.

Vitamin B1 is one of the most overlooked nutrients, especially in psychiatric conditions. When a child consumes a lot of glucose, vitamin B1 is depleted, inhibiting the brain’s ability to utilize fuel. If an adult or child is experiencing ADHD symptoms, they should switch to a low-carb diet so their body can run on ketones. Ketones will fuel the neurons and restore a sense of calmness and increased attention span.

  • What causes depression? Surprisingly, depression has nothing to do with your brain and everything to do with your gut microbiome. In this video, we’ll take an in-depth look at the brain-gut connection and the often overlooked relationship between depression and gut health.

    0:00 Introduction: Depression explained

    1:17 Side effects of SSRIs

1:32 St. John’s wort and depression

    2:27 The brain-gut connection

    3:22 Depression and gut health

    3:40 Depression and gut inflammation

    3:51 Antibiotics and depression

4:33 L. reuteri and mental health

Depression has consistently been viewed as a chemical imbalance, but it's actually related to a problem with the gut.

Depression is often treated with SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), but many studies show normal serotonin levels in people with depression.

SSRIs do not fix depression and have even been called placebos by some medical professionals. They also come with serious side effects, including sexual dysfunction, decreased libido, inability to experience emotion, and worsening depression.

St. John’s wort affects both serotonin and dopamine. It’s an anti-inflammatory and reduces cortisol, but doctors and the medical world often recommend against it despite its very few side effects.

Serotonin and oxytocin are made in the gut. Oxytocin is a powerful hormone that can help with depression and stress, so gut health is at the core of mental health. The vagus nerve works as a highway that orchestrates the brain and gut connection.

If you have a problem with your gut microbes, this can lead to depression. Studies have found serious microbes missing in depressed people! Gut inflammation can also alter your mood.

One of the side effects of antibiotics is depression. Antibiotics erase the good bacteria that control your mood chemicals. Once wiped away, microbes don't always come back, and you could be left with an imbalance.

    L. reuteri is an amazing microbe that many people are missing. Dr. William Davis has shared an expert technique for cultivating L. reuteri using half and half to increase its potency. People have consumed this probiotic mixture and experienced significant health benefits such as improved sleep, muscle tone, and reduced stress.

    L. reuteri acts as a natural antibiotic without side effects and is found naturally in breast milk.

  • What would happen if you drank lemon water for 30 days? In this video, we’ll look at the benefits of drinking lemon water daily and how a glass of lemon water in the morning can improve your health and vitality.

0:00 Introduction: What happens when you drink lemon water?

0:12 Lemon water in the morning

    2:37 Lemon water benefits

    2:47 Lemon water skin benefits

    3:57 Lemon water and digestion

4:19 Lemon water for the immune system

4:48 Lemon juice and your teeth

    5:18 Benefits of lemon peel

With so much focus on high blood pressure, it’s essential not to overlook low blood pressure, which is often due to low blood volume. When you wake up in the morning, your blood volume is lowest. Low blood volume can cause dizziness when standing, poor exercise performance, and a decreased sense of well-being.

Plain water in the morning can dehydrate you by diluting essential electrolytes, especially sodium, which is vital for healthy blood volume.

Cortisol is highest at 8:00 a.m., and sodium is excellent for lowering cortisol, so salt is a great tool for a stress-free day. Himalayan sea salt is a great option, or try Baja Gold salt if you’re prone to high blood pressure.

Fresh lemon juice is an excellent source of vitamin C, which is beneficial for the skin and is a potent antioxidant that supports the inside of the arteries. Opt for organic lemons or organic lemon juice.

Lemon juice contains citric acid, which helps reduce the risk of kidney stones. Other benefits of lemon water include the following:

    •Reduces the incidence of gout

•Helps phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification in the liver

•Helps thin bile and reduce the incidence of gallstones

    •Supports digestion

    •Helps regulate cholesterol

•Protects the insides of the arteries

    •Increases microbiome diversity

    •Potent antimicrobial properties

    •Increases absorption of non-heme iron

If you drink lemon water daily, it's best to drink it with a straw to protect your tooth enamel. For added bioflavonoids, try blending an entire lemon with a glass of water and a pinch of salt!

If salty lemon water is too tart for you, try adding a couple of drops of liquid stevia. For added benefits, you can also add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the mixture.

  • Plaque and tartar are biofilms, which can be described as a protective shield against the immune system in your mouth. Biofilms are produced by a microbe called Streptococcus mutans, which also causes cavities. Surprisingly, this microbe has been found in other parts of the body, including the valves of the heart and the plaque in your arteries.

Sugar consumption is one of the leading causes of tartar, but consuming sugar with starch is even worse! This can form a glue that sticks to your teeth. You must stop eating starch and sugar to prevent plaque and tartar from forming.

To make a natural toothpaste that can effectively remove plaque, combine the following:

    •1/2 teaspoon 3% hydrogen peroxide, food-grade

    •1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    •3 drops of clove oil

    •1/2 teaspoon microcrystalline hydroxyapatite

Combine 3 teaspoons of water with this mixture and brush your teeth with the mixture once daily.

Hydrogen peroxide helps break down biofilms and whiten teeth. Baking soda has mild abrasive properties to clean teeth and alkalize the mouth. Clove oil is the best essential oil for oral health. It breaks down tartar and can even help decrease oral pain.

Microcrystalline hydroxyapatite can enter the small crevices of the teeth and remineralize the bone tissue. It also prevents acid from breaking down the tooth.

You can also chew certain types of gum that can help repopulate the friendly bacteria in the mouth and protect you against the formation of biofilms. Friendly bacteria in your mouth can help prevent tartar, bad breath, and cavities.

Grass-fed butter is one of the healthiest foods for teeth. It’s a potent source of vitamin K2, which pushes the calcium in your body into your bones. Butter also contains vitamin A, which strengthens your enamel, and butyrate, which supports the brain and colon.

  • Please join me in welcoming Dr. Mark Richards, one of the leading experts in testosterone replacement therapy.

There are many environmental causes of low testosterone, including plastics, forever chemicals, pesticides, insecticides, and herbicides. If you’ve been exposed to too many chemicals, your cells that make testosterone will be affected!

On average, population testosterone levels today are 60% lower than in the 1970s.

Many of the negative side effects associated with testosterone therapy, such as heart attack and stroke, have been unfounded and removed from warning labels by the FDA.

Testosterone creams only increase testosterone to a therapeutic level about 20% of the time and only for a few hours. Testosterone injections create a massive spike in testosterone, which also increases estrogen, leading to irritability and aggression.

Testosterone pellets are compressed pure testosterone placed in the fat tissue through the skin and are highly effective at addressing low testosterone in men and women.

In his 17 years of experience, Dr. Richards has found that fat cells effectively absorb testosterone and release it as your body needs it. This allows for a more stable release of testosterone that lasts for 4 months in men and 3 months in women.

Testosterone pellets are 100% testosterone made using cholesterol from yams. There are not many side effects associated with testosterone pellets.
