  • In this week's episode of the Don’t Die Rusty Podcast we have a conversation with Garrett Vandersys from Spearfish, S.D. A man out chasing his dreams and adventures.

These are the DM’s that we at Don’t Die Rusty love, we received a DM from Garrett's wife and she told Don’t Die Rusty her husband would have a Don’t Die Rusty story to tell and yes he certainly did. We talked to off road racer Kyle Craft a few weeks ago and we discussed the trophy truck side of things but Garrett is a guy that had a dream of doing the Baja 1000 on two wheels, his motorcycle in the Ironman Division.

Rick, Ricky and Garrett discuss how he dreamed of this adventure and how he attained his goals of not only racing in the Baja 1000 on a motorcycle in the Ironman Division but also finishing in the allotted time. They also discuss that anyone can chase their dreams if they have great people who support them and are wanting to help fulfill that dream.

Life is very short and we are all limited by the amount of time we can realistically chase our dreams. This is an example of a man with the support of not only his wife but his family and friends. So enjoy this week's episode of the Don’t Die Rusty Podcast and hopefully you will be inspired to chase your dreams.
