You could smoke in the theater, and not just tobacky.. if you know what I mean, kiddo. And things got WILD, and lucrative! Many of the movies that first caught audiences attention this way have grown to become treasured cult films, record breakers and inspirations for weirdos for decades to come!
So sit back and revisit a time when communal film watching was King, and Frank N Furter and Divine were Queens. Hear about Jamaica's first film and the explosion of Reggae.
