Mid way through the pandemic there seemed to be an awakening that the current situation was going to be with us for the foreseeable future, and we are going to have to learn to live with it in both our personal and business lives. In the world of business, employees started to look for alternative employment either into new markets, new organisations or new learnings based upon things that excited them in lockdown situations. You don’t have look too far on the internet to see headlines that 1 in 4 employees are looking for a career change and that’s not just millennials, which lets face it always get the rough ride.
In this episode, Meghan, Chris, Steve and I will be discussing the current situation, how vmware are responding to that and how our customers can look to certain aspects of technology to improve their daily lives.

Partnering is a hugely effective way to make sure that solutions deliver on the needs of customers and deliver the benefits that your company need to make long term strategic investments. In a complicated world where there are many ways to solve employee challenges it is important to know that partnerships exist that integrate solutions together to drive a positive outcome.
