Woodinville Whiskey's expansion is sited on a 10-acre, sprawling grain field in Quincy, Washington. The design accommodates the growing demand for Woodinville’s prized whiskey. The facility includes processing and bottling buildings, new corporate offices, and the barrel rickhouses which pay homage to the region's agricultural heritage, and the soul of the American South.

Commissioned in 2019, the Hopkins Bloomberg Center is the brainchild of Ennead Architects, Rockwell Group, and SmithGroup, who seamlessly melded exterior and interior elements to create a dynamic space unlike any other.
The 435,000 sq ft, flexible learning environment, often described as a "vertical quad," features an array of amenities including a theater, café, conference center, libraries, student lounge, and active learning classrooms, all interconnected through a series of innovative design concepts.

Production facilities will debut with a 27,000-square-foot winemaking facility and feature a spectacular hospitality center centered around a public tasting room, cantilevered over the winery grounds and outfitted with glass walls that offer a breathtaking view of the Blue Mountains.
You'll also hear about vermicomposting, and its use as a worm-powered winery process waste treatment.

The Redwood Highway Offices began as an adaptive reuse project that transformed the most banal of commercial box buildings into a light-filled courtyard office space specifically outfitted for a discerning, high-end residential builder with an exclusive clientele.
Four main objectives drove the architectural design for the building: to embody the client’s enigmatic brand, to embrace the industrial aesthetic, to introduce natural daylighting strategically, and to execute the project efficiently via a well-detailed, judicious use of materials.

Constructed with hand-cut local sandstone in the shape of an oval, the building’s form reflects the curvilinear shapes of the local forts, as well as symbols of female strength.

More than just a store; this space transforms the shopping experience into a work of art.
The scope is a tenant improvement of 2,700 square feet over two floors, including cutting through the existing concrete slab to install a feature stair.
The exterior was also modified to create visible separation from the adjacent stores.
In addition, faced with a challenging timeline – from design contract to opening for a major launch event – the space was turned over in about 10 months!
