  • On the Journey towards healing, there are many questions that need to be answered. Sometimes it is hard to even know what those questions are, and harder still to find that answer within ourselves. In Today's episode, Gloryah takes the opportunity to ask Phoenix Gould, a certified CTI and ICF coach many difficult questions. The topics range from understanding Narcissism to paths of healing, and even some personal stories from both Phoenix and Gloryah as they share some history with their Narcissists and some long-lasting impacts those have on their lives.

You can email Phoenix Gould at: [email protected]

  • There are countless things in this world that attribute to anxiety, anxiety attacks and panic attacks. But in this episode, the focus is mostly on the influence of the trauma of narcissistic abuse and its role in the victim's struggle with anxiety.
There are a few specific questions that Gloryah goes over in this episode which hopefully helps shed some light onto what Anxiety is as a whole, including some examples of what it may feel like.

  • Mental health is a delicate thing. We can be fine, or at least tell ourselves that we are until that moment when we aren’t. In today’s episode, I take a broad overview of some of the patterns of narcissistic abuse and how it affects the mind and the body.

  • Today’s episode continues once again on the same story from the last two episodes. This time I go over the day that got her into the hospital and some of the significant events during that time up until she passed away.

Next week, it will be the conclusion to this story. The focus will be the funeral and shortly after.

  • Today’s episode continues the story of trauma and grief as they come together.
In the Missing you mini series, I am going over the events prior to my mother’s death to after her funeral.
Today is the story of events just before, and including the time I travelled and saw her for the last time.

  • Losing loved ones is a painful experience. It can be hard to talk about, but I will be today. This is the beginning of a story of sorts. At least attempting to. The focus today isn’t exactly on abuse, but more on grief.
Narcissistic abuse is definitely a factor in my mother’s death, which is something that is hinted at today, but will be expanded on in a future episode.

  • This episode is another one where I share some of what I’ve studied on the topic of trauma by narcissistic abuse.
I’ll be going over some ways that the narcissistic parent will typically traumatize their children, as well as talk about PTSD and C-PTSD. I will give a couple of personal examples as well.

Here are the links to the websites that I used as my sources for todays episode.

  • What is Narcissism? Is it just an insult to throw at someone selfish? Why is it a big deal? There are a lot of thoughts on the subject, but today my goal is to deliver what I have studied and back it up with some personal history.

Here are the links that I mention in this episode. If you have the time, I would recommend that you check them out, and not take my word alone for this subject.

What is reprogramming, and why is it the focus of this podcast? I explore the dictionary meanings for the word and then discussing its relevance.
