Add onion and garlic; cook until light brown. Add tomato paste and cook until dark red. Add tomatoes, sugar and salt; cook for an hour, stirring frequently. Add basil and pepper. Now that you know your needs and wants, it’s time to pop these items in a floor plan to see which ones make the cut. Use graph paper and pen or an app. I use Sweet Home 3D. to make a floor plan to scale, and start dropping furniture pieces in.
Your deliverable: A floor plan (or a few floor plan options) showing how you want your space to flow with your furniture arranged on the plan.
