It’s October 4th, 2007 and this is the first 2 hour episode of TNA iMPACT! As Sting is in the ring after the 1st match, Kurt Angle comes on the screen! He is at Sting’s Son Garrett’s football game! In a full suit cheering on Garrett as he plays football. The entire episode threads through the Kurt Angle football game! It’s one of the best segments that no one talks about! Only Kurt Angle could make it work! Team 3D attacks Black Machismo and Sonjay Dutt backstage and demand that they get a Tag Team Title Match tonight! The match is made and they vs Team Pacman Jones for the titles. However, the match ends in shenanigans with The Steiner Brothers making a return and chasing Team 3D away! Plus, TNA is on the road to Bound For Glory 2007!

AMERICA! HECK YEAH! The Debut of Hulk….UM...Mr. America happened on May 1st, 2003 and it was iconic! Stephanie McMahon signed a mystery person, sight unseen! She was so set on beating Eric Bischoff that she never even met the person who was going to wrestle on SmackDown! When she finally goes into his locker room she doesn’t like what she sees, however we don’t know who it is. At the end of the night Roddy Piper hosts Piper's Pit and we learn who Mr. America is! He personifies America and sort of looks like Hulk Hogan, but he swears that he isn’t! Mr. McMahon comes out and tries to fire him. Turns out he has an iron clad contract and can’t be fired or suspended! Also, we are getting fallout from WWE Backlash! Los Guerreros stole the WWE Tag Team Titles from Team Angle! They do give them back, but then they steal Kurt Angle’s Gold Medals! Plus, Big Show has been a bully recently and Brock Lesnar isn’t going to stand for it! Big Show says, “Not tonight!” They will fight another day! All this and more as SmackDown! rolls on!

It’s the March 26th, 1996 episode of ECW Hardcore TV featuring matches from ECW Big Ass Extreme Bash. It’s the final match for Cactus Jack in ECW before he goes to the WWF. He is facing his former tag team partner Mikey Whipwreck. Everyone is very grateful for Cactus Jack's time in ECW and he gets a very nice send off! “The Orange and Black Attack” Taz takes on Chris Jericho is a great match. This is unique as the ref stops the match after Chris Jericho hurts his neck. However, Jericho wants to continue the match, so it is restarted! Also, in the main event, Raven defends the ECW World Championship against “The Franchise” Shane Douglas. This features tons of shenanigans involving The Bruise Brothers, Stevie Richards, Blue Meanie, Tommy Dreamer, The Sandman, and Kimona Wanalaya. Plus, The DEADLOCK $5 Patreon Q&A is back!

Fall out from WWF Survivor Series 1998 takes place on the November 16th, 1998 edition of WWF Monday Night RAW. The Rock is the new WWF Champion after becoming Corporate and screwing over Stone Cold and Mankind at the PPV. While Shane McMahon was tricking everyone to think he was on Stone Cold’s side he booked a match between Stone Cold and The Rock a few weeks ago for the WWF Championship. So the main event was signed in a legally binding contract for The Rock vs Stone Cold Steve Austin! Also, Hawk of the Road Warriors, is battling personal demons. He climbs up the Titantron during a match and claims he is going to end it all. Droz then climbs up the side of the truss and tries to help him. Or did he push him off? You be the judge of that. Plus, Mankind is hiding in the Boiler Room and it’s up to the Stooges to go find him and try to talk to him after he got screwed!

All things are well in WCW on the July 31st, 2000 episode of Nitro. Booker T is the fighting babyface WCW World Champion and Vince Russo is in charge… Okay well maybe not everything is good. The main “highlight” from this show was a throw away segment featuring a “Viagra on a Pole” Match. Billy Kidman is huge, while The Franchise Shane Douglas has problems getting it up in the bedroom. That’s literally why the match is happening. They hang Viagra on a pole and whoever gets it, wins. Speaking of gimmick matches, Kevin Nash battles Scott Steiner in a “Straight Jacket” Match. Put your opponent in a straight jacket and you decide when you are tired of beating them up. And as previously mentioned Booker T is the fighting WCW Champion, but Jeff Jarrett hurt his leg badly with a Figure Four. As fighting champion he says he will face Sting for the belt, as he was previously supposed to have the match. Booker T’s wife gets hit with a guitar by Jeff Jarrett and has to go to the hospital. Booker returns and has his match with Sting. However, chaos ensues as Double J hangs Booker by his leg and hits it with a guitar. Also, Sting gets burned alive inside a coffin by Vampiro and The Kiss Demon! Plus, the DEADLOCK $5 Q&A returns!

We finally did it! The night that Goldust got ELECTROCUTED! IT’S HAPPENING! WWE RAW February 3rd, 2003 is historic for many different reasons. This show is the night Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista, and Ric Flair call themselves “EVOLUTION!” As Randy Orton and Batista are looking for Scott Steiner backstage they run into Goldust. Goldust is very sad, as he just lost his tag team match with Booker T and they are no longer a team. Orton and Batista ask Goldust where Steiner is, but he refuses to answer. This pisses off Evolution and they beat the crap out of the gold one. They then throw Goldust into a power box and ELECTROCUTE HIM! This would send him into a spiral where he is never the same again! Also, Chris Jericho is battling Scott Steiner in the main event with the winner going on to face Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE No Way Out 2003!

The legendary promotion that is WXO Wrestling has its final show ever! This infamous company had one taping and 3 episodes! On this last show ever, Ted DiBiase opens up and says, “The buck stops here!” He then proceeds to book Adam Pearce and The Bodies in a 3 on 3 handicapped match against The Shane Twins in the main event! WWF was hitting all timer moments around this time and October 12th, 1998 is no different. It all started with Stone Cold driving a zamboni to the ring, then attacking Mr. McMahon in the hospital. Tonight, he is invited personally to Monday Night RAW by Mr. McMahon. To prove it’s business as usual Mr. McMahon drives a corvette to the area and leaves the bay doors open. Stone Cold Steve Austin arrives to the building in a cement truck. As you can expect, he pours the cement into Mr. McMahon’s prized vehicle. This created one of the greatest visuals of all time as the windows litterall bust and glass goes everywhere. Also, Triple H got hurt and they had to vacate the IC title. This leads to a one night tournament that will crown a new champion. Plus, Goldust returns, the Tag Team Titles are on the line, and this is the go home show to WWF Judgment Day.

It’s TV that’s changing Friday nights! September 9th, 2005 was the debut of WWE SmackDown! on Friday nights! On the new time slot we get a stacked card on paper! A US title match, tag team title match, a steel cage match, and a bull rope match for the WWE championship! Also, Randy Orton has been battling The Undertaker since WrestleMania and he finally defeated The Deadman after help from his dad, Bob Orton! On WWE.com Orton had auctioned off a signed copy of The Undertaker’s DVD! He matched the donation and all the proceeds went into a retirement fund for The Undertaker. On this episode Randy is going to present The Phenom with a giant check! LOD, Ken Kennedy, the in ring debut of Paul Burchill and more!

January 1st, 1996 WWF decided to compete with the College Football Championships! It’s the first and last WWF RAW Bowl! The show is football themed with commentary making a million stupid references. The ring looks like a football field, the ref is dressed like a line judge, and a collegiate band in the crowd. The first match is a multiple man tag team match with unique rules. The winner of this will get the “Lombardi Trophy!” Also, a replay of the Arkansas Hog Pen match between Triple H and Henry O Godwin! The main event featured a very short match between Diesel and King Mabel! Plus, the show ends with the first ever “Wrestling War Room” skit poking fun at WCW, The Hukster, and the Nacho Man!

You may remember the last WCW Nitro, but what about the one right before it? March 19th, 2001 marks the penultimate episode of WCW Nitro. This features fall out from WCW Greed where Scott Steiner sent DDP to the hospital! Dusty Rhodes wants Ric Flair to kiss his ass, a mystery man is attacking the Magnificent Seven, and Eric Bischoff calls into the show to give everyone a glimpse at the future of WCW Nitro and the season finale next week. TNA Wrestling has had a ton of huge milestones in the entire history of the company but moving to Thursday nights might have been one of the biggest for them. On April 13, 2006 TNA Wrestling moved Impact from Saturday to Thursday in a trial that would eventually lead to primetime. This first episode may be one of the best examples of what TNA really was. It truly is a 60 minute adrenaline rush. They open the show with Christopher Daniels defending his X-Division Championship against Samoa Joe. Joe was unstoppable at this time, never pinned or submitted. The match is already in progress and Christopher Daniels is bleeding everywhere. Because they were not in primetime yet, they could get away with blood right at the start. This match is probably one of the best TV matches in company history and we only get to see half of it. Sting challenged Jeff Jarrett to a match on Impact and this will be his first TV match in 5 years, since WCW closed the doors. Also they are on the Road To TNA Lockdown 2006 and the Lethal Lockdown match!
