Deltech are back in the building.

The Midlands duo return to the Data Transmission Podcast this week with a mix built for proper dancefloor movement, landing just as they line up their third release on Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations.

Their new single ‘Voices’ drops on 10th July 2026, following previous label outings ‘I Don’t Need That’ and ‘Funkk’. It is another strong step from a pair who have been putting in serious work, with multiple Beatport #1s, over 10 million streams in the past year, and releases on Sola, Moxy Musik, Nervous Records, Repopulate Mars and plenty more.

Their sound has travelled well too. Deltech productions have found their way into sets at DC10, Ushuaia, Amnesia, Printworks, fabric, Creamfields, The Warehouse Project and Elrow, with support from Jamie Jones, John Summit, Marco Carola, Solardo, Richie Hawtin, Hannah Wants, Riva Star and Steve Lawler.

This week’s mix keeps things rolling, with ‘Voices’ sitting right in the thick of it alongside fresh cuts from Joey London Style, Proudly People, Gaza (UK), Riordan and a healthy dose of Deltech’s own club gear.

Low-end pressure, sharp grooves, peak-time bounce and enough swing to keep the room moving.

Get stuck into Deltech in the mix, and keep an ear out for ‘Voices’ landing on Hot Creations this July.

ROOBY steps into the Spotlight Mix ahead of our next DT Presents party at Egg London.

On Saturday 4th July, Data Transmission lands at Egg London for a full House and Tech House session, with ROOBY joining Deep Fiktion, Carlos Van D, Hobbs, Danny Marx, Luke Siekiera and DRSJ on the line-up. The event runs from 23:00 to 06:00, with free entry before midnight via ticket, then £5 after.

    That makes today’s mix a tidy warm-up.

ROOBY is known for deep, underground and funky Tech House, with groove doing the heavy lifting. Rolling basslines. Hypnotic rhythms. Sharp transitions. Music built for movement rather than decoration.

She has already stepped into serious rooms and events, including Café del Mar, Ministry of Sound, Ibiza Rocks, the British Grand Prix at Silverstone and Pacha Sharm, as well as warming up for Fatboy Slim. That kind of range shows in the selections. Tight, direct and made for dancers.

Away from the booth, ROOBY also helps shape the sound from behind the scenes as A&R Manager at Curious Energy Records, while her Select Radio show ROOBY’S HOUSE keeps her locked into forward-thinking House Music and emerging talent.

Her Spotlight Mix leans straight into that world. Deep cuts, chunky grooves, familiar pressure points and a few proper heads-down moments for basements, rooftops and late-night rooms.

Turn it up, get familiar, then catch ROOBY with us at DT Presents, Egg London on 4th July.

Volkoder is back in the Hot Creations fold, and the timing is tidy.

Fresh from dropping his latest EP, ‘My House’, on Jamie Jones’ label, the Brazilian producer steps into the Data Transmission Podcast with a mix packed full of groove, weight and proper club pressure.

The EP marks his second outing on Hot Creations following last year’s ‘Need Your Body’, and it lands during a big summer run that includes his Paradise debut at UNVRS Ibiza. Not a bad month at the office.

Across the mix, Volkoder keeps things moving with the same sharp, rhythm-led energy that has made him one of Brazil’s most reliable house exports. There is chunky low-end, rolling percussion, vocal heat and enough swing to keep basements, rooftops and late-night festival floors locked in.

His own cuts sit front and centre too, from ‘My House’ and ‘Bassline Hits’ through to collaborations with Vintage Culture, James Hype and Anyma. It is a proper snapshot of where his sound is right now, groove-driven, club-ready and built with intent.

Speaking about the mix, Volkoder says the special ingredient is “the balance between groove and emotion,” and that comes through nicely here. It moves, it lifts, and it knows exactly where it belongs.

Volkoder’s ‘My House’ EP is out now on Hot Creations. Get stuck into his Data Transmission Podcast below.

Ramyen is in charge of this week’s Data Transmission Podcast, and he arrives with the timing bang on.

The French artist has just launched Mellow Records, the next step in the world he has been building around Mellow, his pop-concept party rooted in house music, connection and a little bit of wide-eyed dancefloor magic. The debut release, Ramyen’s ‘Our Story EP’, lands with two originals, a remix from Alonz, and a clear idea of where the label is heading.

His sound sits in that sweet spot between groove, emotion and late-night intent. Vocal house with warmth. Basslines with enough bite. Drums built for rooms that are already starting to sweat.

The mix gives a proper taste of that Mellow Records universe too. Ramyen moves through his own cuts, tracks from Jasa, Mamba Skar, Antoine Vermesse, Shayaan, Nozen, Bagheera and more, keeping things loose, sexy and firmly locked to the floor. There is plenty of French flavour in here, but it never feels closed off. This is house music with its windows open.

With summer dates ahead at Hï Ibiza, Amnesia and beyond, Ramyen feels like an artist putting the pieces in place at the right moment.

Turn it up and get into Ramyen’s Data Transmission Podcast.

**Racket Club Steps Up For His First Spotlight Mix**

Denver’s Racket Club lands on our Spotlight Mix series with a house session built for proper club hours.

The project comes from Jon Gilman, a DJ and producer with 15 years behind the decks and plenty of miles on the clock. His music has picked up BBC Radio 1 support, he’s played festivals including Splash House and Groove Cruise, and he’s taken his sound into clubs around the world.

Away from the booth, he also runs an artist development and marketing agency, helping musicians stuck in the messy middle get seen, get paid, and build something that lasts.

For this mix, Racket Club keeps things moving with a sharp run of house, edits, techy rollers and big-room pressure. There’s his Dan Whitfield link-up on the cheeky “Ms. Fat Booty” edit, cuts from RUZE, Goosey, CASSIMM, CamelPhat, Tita Lau, Kyle Watson, Walker & Royce, Italobros and plenty more, plus his own “Nowadays” with Dan Whitfield tucked in the final stretch.

It’s warm, punchy and built with a DJ’s ear. The kind of mix that starts with a grin, finds its groove quickly, then keeps nudging things forward until the room is fully locked.

Racket Club knows his way around a dancefloor, and this Spotlight Mix makes that clear.

Turn it up and get stuck in.

Tony Romera is back on The Podcast, and he has not come empty-handed.

The Lyon-born producer has been one of France’s most reliable house operators for well over a decade now, moving between underground club pressure and bigger room moments without losing the groove. His records have landed on Solid Grooves, Black Book, Insomniac, Defected, Toolroom and more, while his remix of ‘Raw’ became one of those proper DJ weapons, hammered by everyone from Michael Bibi, PAWSA and Chris L
ake to Carl Cox, Jamie Jones and The Martinez Brothers.

Now he steps into another strong chapter with his ‘Can’t Sleep’ EP on Sound D’Elite, the label run by Ilario Alicante. Released on 8th May 2026, the three-tracker sees Tony make his debut on the imprint with Fer BR and Cyava joining him across a tight, club-ready package.

The title track ‘Can’t Sleep’ does exactly what it needs to do. Looped vocals, sharp drums and a bassline with enough weight to keep the room locked in. ‘Now Do It’, his link-up with Fer BR, leans into crisp hats, warped vocal chops and a ghetto-tinged roll, while ‘Este Mambo’ with Cyava closes things with stripped-back percussion, minimal pressure and flashes of breaks.

That same energy runs through this week’s mix.

Tony keeps it direct, sweaty and built for movement, rolling through Jesse Perez, GABA, GruuvElement’s, Fer BR, Joshwa, Amine Edge, Neshga and a healthy stack of House Delivery heat. There are unreleased cuts, white labels, new Sound D’Elite material and a few Tony Romera IDs tucked in for good measure.

It is the kind of mix that sits nicely between basement bump, terrace groove and late-night festival mischief. No messing about, just proper house music from someone who knows exactly how to work a floor.

Lock in, turn it up and catch Tony Romera back on The Podcast.

Aitor Astiz brings the freaks to the podcast

Aitor Astiz lands on the Data Transmission Podcast this week, fresh from his Hottrax debut with ‘Digital Soul (Freak)’, released on Jamie Jones’ label on 22nd May 2026.

It is a big one for him too. The track has been doing damage in his sets for months, with that female vocal, sharp drum work and bumping bassline already causing plenty of raised eyebrows in the booth.

The mix follows the same path. Rolling, groovy and built with proper club flow, it moves through Bassel Darwish, RSquared, Michael Bibi, Crusy and Spiller, with unreleased bits from Aitor himself, Beave, Marian and more tucked in for good measure.

Astiz has been building nicely across labels like Metamorfosi, Hellbent, Deeperfect, DFTD and Moon Harbour, but this Hottrax moment feels like a marker. The sound is direct, cheeky, and made for sweaty rooms where the bass does most of the talking.

Get stuck into the mix below.

Some DJs like to keep things tidy. STEB does not seem too worried about that.

The Italian selector joins us on the Data Transmission Podcast this week with a mix that moves through house, techno, breakbeat, electro, disco and a few curveballs for good measure. It is rooted in old school club culture, but keeps its eyes firmly on modern dancefloors, the kind of set that can turn a basement into a sweatbox without making a big speech about it.

STEB has been building serious momentum across Europe, with support from names including Seth Troxler, Jamie Jones, Mochakk, The Blessed Madonna, Ralf and Damian Lazarus. Recent music on Crosstown Rebels has pushed him further into the international lane, while his own Valkea Music label continues to champion underground house sounds with purpose.

This mix gives a proper look into that world. Supernova, Marco Faraone, Ejeca, Adeva, Stefano Fontana, DJ Cream and Diana Ross all rub shoulders, while STEB threads in plenty of unreleased material from himself and the Valkea Music camp. There are forthcoming cuts from Havoc & Lawn, Benjamin (IT), Giacomo Tuono, E.T.H, and more, giving the whole thing that nice “what was that?” energy.

His own tracks land throughout too, from the unreleased ‘Free Popper’ and ‘Plastic Love’ to ‘House of STEB’ on Crosstown Rebels and the upcoming ‘Be Thankful’ featuring Ann Saunderson. It is loose in the right places, tight where it counts, and clearly built by someone who still cares about the art of selection.

STEB steps up for Data Transmission with a mix full of groove, character and late-night intent.

    Lock in and listen below.

Novodisc Steps Into The Spotlight With A Proper House Workout

Novodisc hits the Spotlight Mix this week, fresh from dropping ‘Don’t You Say’ on Junior Jack’s Adesso Music.

The Spanish producer has been building nicely for a few years now, with releases across Formatik, Flashmob, CUFF, Incorrect and Purveyor Underground, plus support from Loco Dice, Jamie Jones, The Martinez Brothers and Marco Carola. Not bad company, that.

His latest cut, Novodisc’s track ‘Don’t You Say’, sits right in that sweet spot. Rolling drums, cheeky vocal chops, neon synth touches and enough low-end push to keep the room moving without shouting about it. It follows his 2025 Adesso outing ‘Never Knew’, which picked up support from BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard.

For this Spotlight Mix, he keeps it tight and club-ready. Hector Couto & Kirik, Matt Hudson & Kieran Jones, LF System, Jansons & Life on Planets, Kristin Velvet and Franck Roger all make the trip, while Novodisc drops in ‘Don’t You Say’ and ‘These Stars Can Light’ for good measure.

Basements, terraces, sweaty side rooms, this one knows where it belongs.

Listen to Novodisc’s Spotlight Mix now and grab ‘Don’t You Say’ on Adesso Music.

Mauro Venti steps into the Data Transmission Podcast. Verona’s Mauro Venti joins us this week with 60 minutes of rolling tech-house pressure.

Over the last decade, Mauro has built a serious catalogue across labels including Spinnin’ Deep, STMPD RCRDS, Hot Creations, Repopulate Mars, Toolroom, Relief, Glasgow Underground, Dirtybird, Sola, Techne, Desert Hearts, Circus Recordings, Snatch! Records, Kaluki and Nervous. Not a bad little run.

His sound sits right in that sweet spot between club-ready groove and underground bite. Tough drums, sharp basslines, and enough bounce to keep things moving from warm-up rooms to late-night basements.

The mix follows that same thread, moving through cuts from Malikk, SAGO, TWENTYSIX and Amal Nemer, Jude & Frank, ESSED, Cyava and Davide T, Marco Lys, Thomas Newson and David LeSal, Nausica, TCTS, DONT BLINK and more.

There’s also a big one from Mauro himself, as he features his forthcoming single ‘You Move Me’ alongside Dantiez, The Saunderson Brothers and JKLN. With Kevin Saunderson’s family name involved, you know there’s a bit of history in the room.

Mauro calls the mix a “progressive musical journey” powered by passion and selection. Fair enough. That’s exactly what a good guest mix should be.

Lock in for the next hour and get into Mauro Venti’s Data Transmission Podcast mix.

B E E N I T S. lands on GOODSIDE Records today with 'Hypnotized Eyes', out May 8th, 2026, and it wastes no time getting to work.

The Seoul-based DJ and producer makes his label debut with a stripped-back tech house cut built for dark rooms and direct reactions. It rolls on a low-slung bassline, tight percussion and a vocal hook that feels sharp, odd and just trippy enough to stay in your head after the lights come up.

There’s a nice confidence to it. Nothing is overcooked. The groove does the heavy lifting, with the drums keeping things locked while that futuristic vocal twists around the top. It has the kind of pressure that works in a basement at 2am, but there’s enough punch here for bigger festival systems too.

After building through local DJ sets and steady studio work in Seoul, B E E N I T S. now steps into wider view with GOODSIDE behind him. And with more music already lined up on the label, 'Hypnotized Eyes' feels like a strong first marker rather than a one-off moment.

We’re pleased to premiere B E E N I T S.’s 'Hypnotized Eyes' today. Listen now, stream it, or grab it on Beatport.

THEOS lands on Data Transmission Podcast 955 this week, fresh from ‘Love Me Right’ and a run of releases on Defected, KAOS Theory and Shall Not Fade.

French house is having a proper moment again, and THEOS is right in the thick of it. Born Théo, raised around music, and fully locked into the craft since launching the project in 2017, he has become one of the sharpest names in the new French house wave.

The London-based producer and DJ has already caught serious ears. Kerri Chandler is a fan, Oden & Fatzo have linked with him, and that Defected debut in 2023 put another big marker down. Not bad for someone still only in his early twenties.

His new single ‘Love Me Right’ shows exactly why the noise keeps building. The bassline sits tight, the vocal does its job, and the whole thing carries that clean French house funk with a little New York disco sweat on it. No fuss. Just groove.

His sets carry the same energy. DJ pressure, live piano touches, and enough bounce for basements, rooftops and late festival tents.

For Podcast 955, THEOS takes control for the hour. Expect classy house, warm grooves and plenty of movement.

Listen to the mix, stream ‘Love Me Right’, and keep THEOS firmly on your radar.

Jaco Reigosa joins us on the Spotlight Mix, and he’s brought a bag full of rolling club tackle with him.

The Spanish artist has been deep in electronic music since he was 16, first getting hooked on mixing before turning that obsession into a full career behind the booth. Since launching BNN Records in 2014, he’s built the label into a proper platform, with more than 100 releases and support from the likes of Marco Carola, Paco Osuna and Joseph Capriati.

Now based in Ibiza, Jaco has held down his Tantra residency since 2021, where he also curates his weekly ‘Reunion’ event. Add in sets at Amnesia, Club Chinois, Eden, Bora Bora and Es Paradis, plus shows across Thailand, Indonesia, Colombia, Romania, Italy, France, Andorra and Portugal, and you get the picture. He’s not exactly short on passport stamps.

This mix lands with plenty of intent. It moves through chunky tech house, Latin-leaning percussion, tight drums and those low-slung basslines built for basements, terraces and sweaty after-hours corners.

There’s a strong dose of Jaco’s own sound in here too, including ‘Girls Wanna Have Fun’ on DPE and ‘Let’s Get Crazy’, his new Motel Calypso cut released on 1st May 2026. That one has a proper hips-first groove, with swinging drums, warm vocal energy and a bassline that does the heavy lifting without shouting about it.

Elsewhere, the mix pulls in heat from Chris Brooks, Dem Boyz, Fabri Torres, RSquared, Baggi, Chico Rose, Jesse Bravo, Tatan Bilbao and more, while BNN Records gets a nod through Hermann Bravo & Techouzer’s ‘Chain Reaction’ and Mussa’s ‘Ay Nena’.

No fuss. No filler. Just a sharp club mix from an artist who knows exactly where the groove needs to sit.

Press play on Jaco Reigosa’s Spotlight Mix and grab ‘Let’s Get Crazy’ on Motel Calypso.

Some DJs dig deep. Raffi Habel clearly digs into his own hard drive first, and fair play, there’s plenty worth pulling out.

Today’s Data Transmission Spotlight Mix lands courtesy of a producer who’s been quietly building a serious catalogue of rowdy, ragga-leaning tech house weapons, and this mix feels like a proper statement. Originals, collabs, IDs, unreleased bits, it’s all very Raffi. No filler. No polite transitions into safe territory. Just bass-heavy club records built for sweaty rooms and people making questionable decisions at 3am.

If you know Raffi, you’ll know he’s never taken himself too seriously either. His self-written bio still reads like a classified ad gone rogue, name-dropping exes like Ministry of Sound, Pacha Ibiza and Space Ibiza while promising “ragga-inspired tech house” and warning off bots and phish. Thankfully, the music backs up the chat.

This mix is stacked with his own releases on labels like Stashed, Palmlands, Rock Bottom and DT Weapons, plus collaborations with Honey-B-Sweet, Dread MC, Johan S, Artichokes and more. There are a fair few unreleased IDs in here too, which usually means one thing, he’s road-testing future damage.

From the bounce of My Body Fire to the chaos of Big Dirty Stinking Bass and the unreleased heat lurking towards the back end of the mix, this one doesn’t hang around.

Some mixes take their time. This one earns it.

This week’s Spotlight Mix comes from Shades of Play, the project led by Derreuq out of Washington DC, and it moves exactly how you’d expect from someone who’s been deep in the craft. No rush, no filler, just a steady build through groove, tone, and space.

There’s a clear thread running through it. Records like Leaf Flying (Traumer Remix) and Metal Dreams set the early pace, locking into that deep, hypnotic pocket. Then it stretches out, pulling in moments from Blooming Fields, Rivaldo and Hired State Of Unconsciousness, the kind of cuts that don’t shout but stay with you.

Derreuq’s style sits somewhere between deep house, progressive and techno, but it’s not boxed in. You can hear the range in the selections, from the warmth of Always is Never (Greener Grass Version) to the heavier pull of Hottrak. It’s controlled, patient, and built for long sets where the room is locked and the lights are low.

As one half of Shades of Play, alongside producer Felipe Rivera, he brings that selector mindset front and centre. You can tell this is someone who’s played proper rooms, Flash, Halcyon, TBA Brooklyn, and understands how to hold a floor without overplaying it.

This isn’t about big drops. It’s about flow. The kind of mix that works just as well at home as it does in a basement at 3am.

Lock in and run it front to back.

GUDFELLA steps up for the Data Transmission podcast with a mix that mirrors where his sound is at right now, sharp, groove-led and built for big rooms without losing that late-night edge. With “Morning Coffee” opening things up, he wastes no time setting the tone. It’s the track that’s been doing serious damage across sets worldwide, and it still hits.

From there, it moves fast. His edit of “Shut Up” and that flip of “Buttons” show the playful side, while cuts like Chris Lorenzo’s “In This Bih” and Ship Wrek’s “My Body” keep the pressure on. There’s a nice balance here, known weapons, left turns, and a stack of IDs that hint at what’s coming next from his camp.

Tracks like Marco Strous’ “Yello Kitty” and the Beltran remix bring that rolling, low-end groove, while deeper moments like Parcels’ “Overnight” give the mix some space before it builds again. And those GUDFELLA IDs are doing exactly what they should, locking you in without giving too much away.

This one feels like a proper snapshot. Big records, tight transitions, and just enough unreleased heat to keep you guessing.

Lock in and run it loud.

  • Draxx (ITA) steps up for DT Radio with a rolling, percussive workout

Fresh off his link-up with Nick Francis on Sound D’Elite, Draxx (ITA) lands on Data Transmission with a tight, club-focused mix that does exactly what you want it to. No filler, just movement.

The Italian has been building this lane for a while now. Releases on Desolat, Nervous and Trick, plus that ‘Future of Dance’ nod, have put him in the right circles. The ‘I Needa’ EP shows where he’s at right now, groove-led, rhythmic and built for busy floors

This mix leans straight into that energy. Latin pressure from Evelio Escobar’s ‘Mi Tierra’, rolling cuts like Twolate’s ‘Afrolatino’, and that low-slung swing on Lotten and Delatorre’s ‘Gata Celosa’. His own ‘Pa Miami’ with Cvmpanile slots in clean, while ‘Believe’ with Nick Francis keeps things driving late on.

It’s heads down, hips moving stuff. The kind that works in basements and doesn’t let up.

Lock in and run it back.

  • DRSJ steps up with a mix that mirrors her double life, NHS shifts by day, dancefloors by instinct. Ahead of Data Transmission Presents landing at The Horse & Groom this May, she leans into a sound she’s been quietly building across London.

She’s not come up the usual way. A working GP first, then a DJ and producer carving out her own lane. Co-founder of Foxtrotalpha Recordings alongside Hybrid’s Jamie Griffiths, she’s been putting in the hours behind the scenes as much as in the booth. The sets have followed, Ministry of Sound, Egg, Horse & Groom, plus bills alongside Bob Sinclar, Majestic, Mark Knight and Todd Terry. That tells you enough.

This mix lands right in that pocket. Clean drums, rolling low-end, and tracks that do the job without overthinking it. Proper selections for close rooms and late moments.

Big up the relaunch of Data Transmission Presents. This is exactly the kind of artist you want on a lineup like that.

  • JUST2 steps up for Data Transmission Radio with a Solid Grooves-ready selection

Romanian groove operator JUST2 joins us on the latest Data Transmission Radio mix, fresh from his return to Solid Grooves Raw with the new single ‘Close Your Eyes’.

A steady name within the Solid Grooves orbit over the last few years, JUST2 has built his reputation on tight, rolling club tools. No gimmicks. Just groove. His productions have landed in the bags of DJs like The Martinez Brothers, Marco Carola, Luciano and Richie Hawtin, and his sets carry the same heads-down energy that’s made him a reliable name across underground dancefloors.

The new single ‘Close Your Eyes’ continues that run on SG Raw, leaning into darker territory with punchy drums, crisp percussion and a low-end built for late-night rooms.

For this week’s mix, JUST2 brings that same energy straight into the Data Transmission booth. Expect rolling house, stripped-back tech grooves and a few underground weapons aimed squarely at sweaty basements and packed club floors.

Lock in and turn it up.

Luke Siekiera Steps Up For Data Transmission Ahead of Shoreditch Party

London heads, take note. Luke Siekiera is in the mix.

The UK producer drops a groove-heavy session for Data Transmission just as we gear up for our next London get-together on Saturday 2 May 2026 at The Horse & Groom in Shoreditch. Expect rolling house, proper club pressure, and a few cheeky edits for good measure.

Luke has been carving out a solid lane in underground house and tech house over the past few years. Beatport chart action, support from the likes of Jess Bays, Deeper Purpose, and Claptone, and a run of punchy club weapons have put his name firmly in DJ bags. His sound sits right where Chicago swing meets modern tech house bite.

This mix shows exactly why. Early energy comes from Azaad’s ‘Be My Love’ and Josh Baker, Silva Bumpa and Paige Cave’s ‘Feel This Way’, before sliding into deeper rollers like Sidney Charles’ ‘Face Your Fear’ and Jamback’s ‘Metronomic’. There are also a couple of slick Luke Siekiera edits tucked inside, including flips of Avicii & Sebastien Drums’ ‘My Feeling For You’ and Groove Theory’s ‘Tell Me’, both built to turn heads on a packed floor.

And the timing couldn’t be better.

Luke joins Acid Harry, Loz Seka, Dr SJ, and Danny B when Data Transmission kicks off a brand new event series at The Horse & Groom. Expect Latin tech flavours, driving tech house, and vocal moments built for sweaty Shoreditch dancefloors. Small room, big energy.

Even better, tickets are free via Skiddle, and the bar is running 2-for-1 cocktails all night.

Get the mix locked in below, and if you’re in London on May 2, come dance with us.
