  • The close of one chapter, and the start of another.

This week, with the kickoff of the 2024 NFL season upon us, Cooper and Anna Kupp sign off (for now) from their seats at the "Daily Grind" table.

Before Cooper takes the field later this week, he and Anna took some time to reflect on what it's been like to open up their lives to listeners via the podcast, stepping out of their comfort zone, the gratitude they've felt during the journey, and what could be next for the show. Cooper also shares his excitement for this season and the Los Angeles Rams, and previews a surprising bit about what to expect on opening night.

Thanks to everyone for watching these past few months. We'll see you soon.

  • Cooper Kupp is known for not showing much emotion on the field, but that's not how he is in life. Not anymore, at least.

On this week's episode of "Daily Grind," the Los Angeles Rams receiver and his wife and co-host, Anna, discuss how Cooper grew from being closed off emotionally, and avoiding the highs and lows, to being able and willing to feel deeply. The Super Bowl MVP explains how that has impacted his life on the field, in his relationship with Anna, and as a parent. Anna shares the importance of connecting with her kids when she's parenting, even in the difficult times, and they discuss how to support and guide the big feelings that their kids have.

They wrap things up with a few Hard Hitters, including another fashion-related topic, and a breakdown of autocorrect and edit in texting.

  • On this week's episode of "Daily Grind," NFL star Cooper Kupp and his wife, Anna, dive into a thorny parenting topic: How do you support your kids in their pursuits, without either going too far, or backing off too much? How do you strike that balance? They break down their philosophy on the topic, as well as their own experiences growing up.

Cooper also reflects on what it was like to come from a family of NFL players — both his dad and grandfather played pro — and how that influenced his own training and ambitions.

Plus, Hard Hitters tried to get to the bottom of why everyone, including Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay, calls Cooper "buddy."

  • This week, Cooper and Anna Kupp talk all things food. Cooper shares what his game day meal is -- and how it differs from teammate Tyler Higbee's. He and Anna also explain what their general approach to eating is, why ingredients and sourcing matter, and how they've evolved over time. The two also shout out their favorite restaurants in Los Angeles, and some memories of their times there. Plus, they get into some important Hard Hitters: When and how do you enter into "oldness"? And what are the rules around plane seats?
