Who are you? Are you able to articulate the answer to that question? Are you so wrapped up in what everyone and everything thinks about you or wants from you that you don't know who you are on your healing journey? Healing is about evolving and finding out who we are, but we often have a hard time answering this question because we are so wrapped up in what other people want from us or who we are supposed to present ourselves to be. Let's talk about learning ourselves and understanding who we are entirely.

Listen to this episode as I hope I validate your experience about motherhood and how I can give you the truth about mine because I believe a village mentality is one of the ways we can all get through this.
