Do you currently take any supplements?
We all want to feel better. In order to feel good, we need to eat well, move often, and hydrate. However, we can't get everything our bodies need just from food alone. Especially with the depletion of much of the soil in agricultural America today, our foods are lower in nutrients than ever before. Minerals have been striped from our food. Crops are mad more pest and weather resident than it had even 20-50 years ago. Keep eating your veggies but also think about what has been stripped from our food today. By adding supplements to your diet, you will feel better, your skin will glow, and you will prevent illness and disease.
It's not enough to say you just take a multi-vitamin daily. Here's why: multivitamins give you a quarter or even half of the daily recommended amount of vitamins and supplements you need in a day. It might seem like a better bargain but these vitamins may contain excessive amounts of things you don't need and deficient amounts of things you do need. So let's talk about the supplements you should try today!
