Hi everyone. Welcome to Sidetrack. Our aim for this podcast is the application of our academic studies in our everyday lives. So basically taking a more relatable side to art and art history, economics and finance along with some of our own philosophical thinking and values from our cross-cultural backgrounds! So this is really just a platform for us to kind of share our experiences. And you know, if you have similar experiences, just know that you're not alone and you're welcome to laugh, to judge, and to take whatever you want from our story :))

I asked my female and non-binary guests the same four questions, and together, we followed the intriguing threads of story and curiosity as they unspooled.
1 - Where are you and whose traditional (Indigenous) territory are you on?
2 - What’s your favourite fairytale/ancient tale?
3 - What’s your relationship with your body like?
4 - And what’s your connection to your creativity?
These potent conversations are created by mixing creativity + the body + fairy tales + conversation with wild abandon. -

So many of us are going through life on default, reacting to what happens to us and assuming that’s how it is and how it will always be. And so many of us are aware that something different, or better exists.. But we might not be aware that the different or better existence is available to us- RIGHT NOW! Or, even if we are aware.. We might not take action towards it, or believe it’s available to us because of our resistance.
Over the episodes in this podcast I’ll teach you how you can release your resistance. By doing this for myself, I have become valued and respected by myself and in my relationships. I’ll tell you how I found my purpose, how I’m happy, and why I feel more self-sufficient now than ever before.
Right now, there may be a barrier between you and a relationship with yourself and life that you love and appreciate, but that barrier is self-created resistance and totally optional. This podcast will show you how I broke through that barrier, and how you can too! I’ll show you how you can release your resistance. -
