You can’t bring people along your beautiful white picket-fenced sales pathway without a follow up. Building trust and rapport is critical. However, without a strong follow up sequence you may not reach that next stage.
It can take up to 5 or 6 touch points for someone to convert, to tap into your service or take up your offer. Remember, sales is all about relationships. Following up is about checking in and strengtheningthe relationship with your prospective clients.

For long-term business success, you need a pricing strategy that enables you to command the price that you deserve for the value you provide. And that is exactly what I’ll be covering in this week’s episode.
You need to set the price on your packages and solutions so that they are profitable, taking into consideration overheads, operating costs and everything that’s involved in delivering the inclusions – including a commercial salary for yourself (so crucial!) and I’m here to break this down.
