  • If you had the opportunity to have a cup of coffee at your coffee shop, and you could invite anyone, who would you choose to meet and what questions would you ask them?

One morning, our mentor, John Maxwell had the privilege of having breakfast with the legendary coach John Wooden. In preparation for this highly anticipated meeting, John took ample time to create a list of questions that he wanted to ask Coach Wooden. As John sat across the table from the coach, he was armed with five pages of thoughtfully crafted questions.

For decades, John has intentionally had monthly lunches with the most impactful leaders worldwide and uses the same questions each time to frame his conversation.

We've taken the top questions that John Maxwell uses in those monthly lunches with leaders, and we ask our guests the same questions over a virtual cup of coffee.
