Getting married young, having a lot of kids, and staying at home... in a time when this was completely frowned upon, when the impacts of the Sexual Revolution were at its peak, my mother was a change maker! She went against the flow and raised (and is still raising) 6 Catholic children in an extremely counter-cultural way. This is also my mom's 'debut' to podcasting, by the way, so be sure to give her some love!

Last year we did an episode on saying "No," and we decided that, while saying no is very important in certain circumstances, our generation has a very hard time saying "Yes." We have a hard time hearing the call of God and responding to it. In this episode, Hope and I discuss this very real fear and what we've done in our own lives to counteract it.

Myah Jeanne: Talk about a young woman who is fearlessly pursuing her dreams, living our her life in holiness and happiness, growing her interior relationship with God, and making a difference both nationally and in her local community!
Myah's story will inspire any young girl to be brave, travel, pursue her dreams, and not let anything hold her back! Sometimes Christian/Catholic culture likes to sell young women the lie that we need to "do nothing" and sit at home and wait to get married when that couldn't be further from the truth.
Treasure your young years! Live your very best life with God at the helm.
