This is the story of Ladi Delano.
Ladi Delano is a British-born Nigerian entrepreneur and a global CEO, who has founded and exited several businesses in Africa and Asia.
Over the last 5+ years he’s made a significant impact in the African tech ecosystem with his startup, Moove - which is the world’s first mobility fintech company. Ladi is no stranger to success.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2004 when he decided to leave university and move to China to build out his growing alcohol distribution business. He eventually sold the business and used the funds to invest in his next ventures, all of which have gone on to be great successes.
Ladi's impact in the business world has caused him to win numerous awards and honorable mentions, including several from Forbes. He holds 2 postgraduate degrees from Oxford University and an MPA from the London School of Economics (LSE)
On this podcast, Ladi shares where he grew up, how he grew up and how his life completely changed after giving it to Christ. By the way... Ladi, also happens to be my brother, so this podcast may be a little different with lots of sibling banter.😁😉❤️🤣

This is the story of Lorraine Wright-Boateng
Lorraine is a British born Ghanaian, tech professional, entrepreneur, and community advocate. Over the past 15+ years, worked for the likes of Volkswagen, Accenture, UBS, Meta . Today, she is currently working in the Ghanaian real estate space helping the diaspora acquire wealth both through property investment and business expansion
She is also known as the Chief Side Hustler® , with so many great businesses and initiatives; including University Gospel Choir of the Year initiative. Lorraine also has a music talent agency supplying talent to shows like X Factor and is the owner of a nail and beauty spa - all while having an amazing career in the corporate world!
Over the years, she has won many awards and received many honors, including a MBE from the queen for services to young people through music, She is a powerhouse!
In the episode, we catch up with Lorraine to talk more about what she is doing now, how she became a director at an investment bank by 27, and, finally, Lorraine shares how she does it all!

This is the story of Dorothy Yang.
Dorothy Yang is a Product and Strategy Executive who currently works as a product strategy director at Adobe. Dorothy has over 15+ years of experience in Product, Strategy, Marketing, and other functions across numerous sectors.
While her nonlinear career may not make sense to the world, it certainly makes sense to God. It's clear that God designed each missional assignment for her to serve as His witness. In her personal life, Dorothy is blessed to be a wife to her husband, a fellow engineer, and a mother to a 5-year-old daughter, who is the joy of her life and keeps her on her toes!
