Today I am speaking with George Bryant, a New York Times Best Selling Author & the highest paid digital marketing consultant in the world by teaching his Relationships Beat Algorithms™ approach to business. He has helped hundreds of the largest companies in the world and thousands of entrepreneurs ethically scale their businesses by deepening their relationships with their customers... and creating transformational breakthroughs that help them accomplish their goals. He believes a company’s financial success is directly dependent on the amount of value they share before AND after a purchase.
Business is about relationships & touch points. The companies who put relationships before transactions will win. That is the Relationships Beat Algorithms approach.
We talk about Legacy Content, Customer Journeys and Relationships on this episode. How having one point of entry can clarify the journey you are taking people on and how it translates into more sales.
Top 3 Takeaways: You can’t build a house without a foundation and blueprint. Take the time to focus on you first. You have to know what you look like before anyone else can see you. Depth over width all day. Do not try and create hundreds of offers or lead magnets and create the full path to solve that problem. Nobody else can build your vision for you. Stop hiring everyone else to build your vision. Build your vision and then hire others to execute it.

The reason people make big promises at the beginning of the year to themselves and fail miserably at hitting them within the first month is this: Mental patterns and habits you’ve created over time, do not go away because you’ve decided at January 1st you’re going to change. Reprogramming your mind and adding in new habits take time, which is what we all hate. We are impatient and want to see results right away, but what this does is overwhelm us and eventually we disappointment ourselves. But, let’s change that, ok?
