Venerable Radha conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation class for approximately one hour. Venerable Radha continues the theme from Friday night about fostering good relationships, guiding a meditation in which we consider the breath as a good friend, noticing how it feels and caring for it, and so creating a comforting, safe space in the here and now. Venerable Radha then guides us to soothe and comfort the emotions of our heart.
