    We want to use this episode to talk about where we've been and what we've been up to!

    We've learned ALOT these past 8 months, God has been calling us to this podcast continuously and we just want to honor and obey His guidance.

    As we move forward, we are still 'Break the Cycle', not knowing before that breaking the cycle also meant to break out of the cycle of not knowing God or glorifying Him in the things we do, including this podcast.

    You can expect to see:

    - Nutrition and training talks

    - Our experiences with specific trials

    - Our Testimonies as well as the testimonies of others

    - How Breaking the cycle as a family has been the priority since day 1 but now with God as the head of this mission and what that looks like.

    We understand that this podcast may potentially not fit everyones taste and that is OK, We thank you so much for being a part of the journey of starting this with us and we are ever so grateful to have had you along for the ride!

    We are not here to judge, condemn or even coach for that matter, we are here to share our experiences and HOPEFULLY the experiences of others.

    Families are our PRIORITY- Yes started as fitness and nutrition but with the experience of our own family, we soon realized there's so much to the family dynamic than meets the eye!

    We go through our hardships on our own and within the family just like everyone else. Honestly, we're not scared to do so, we have no fear to share things that we go through in hopes, it inspires others to know that NO MATTER what you are facing GOD IS WITH YOU!

  • Step back, relax and EMPOWER!

    1. Learn how to become aware of what thoughts you are nurturing?

    2. Be confident enough to oppose the thoughts that are simply not true!

    3. Learn my simple breathing technique I use to get that conversation with myself going without allowing my emotions to overrule my judgment. 

    4. Learn how to respond to those thoughts and engraining the beliefs that DO serve you. 

    5. Finally, Find proof of what this all means. Look around and watch this shift as it's happening, TRUST ME, YOU. DO. NOT. WANT. TO. MISS. IT!

I couldn't stand people knowing stuff about me. But, my story is something I HAVE to share. I am no stranger to the downs of life and one of the lowest moments in my life became the reason I fought.
