Sales and marketing go hand in hand, and last season, on episode seven (Sales Process Industry Secrets), we talked to Chris Appiah and Stephanie Breaux Bradley from The Sales Arms. It was a great episode, all about sales and new clients. During that episode, we were a little short on time and didn’t get to talk much about retention marketing tools but then AI hit us all hard this year, sneaking into every tool we use, so I wanted to have them back on for another conversation.
