Animals can teach us a lot. When my dog had puppies a year ago, her postpartum journey validated how strong our core and abdominals can become after we have babies. There are a lot of misconceptions about how our bodies and our core can heal postpartum, and after watching my dog's birth story, and watching her in her postpartum recovery, it became crystal clear how resilient our bodies are after we have kids.

With the New Year quickly approaching, this tends to be a time of self reflection. A time where we consider if we did enough this year. We might think about the things that went well, and the things that maybe didn't go so well. This might be a time where we think that we have to reinvent ourselves or make 20 goals for the New Year and then beat ourselves up because we didn't achieve anything. In this episode, Pauli shares some of her suggestions for the New Year and if you should try to create a New You-- because the reality is, whether you believe it or not, the You that has been here... is ENOUGH and she is WORTHY!
